I try to start my day with the first hour off my phone. It doesn’t always go as planned and sometimes I need to do things for work but being intentional about what I deposit into my mind first thing in the morning has been a game changer for my mindset. Simply waking up and CHOOSING exactly what I’m going to consume (my Bible, worship music, silence, meditation) instead of letting the algorithm decide has been changing my whole outlook on life. And makes me excited to go out and live life, creating experiences instead of just consuming others experiences. And it’s making me fall in love with this beautiful life I have 🥰
