That's actually healthy and good for mental as well as emotional health...pulling an alnighter cold with a lot of consequences specially when it comes to womens.. like increase in cortisol leval etc
I’ve NEVER pulled an all nighter on a school night, even if I have an exam I barely studied for the next day. My strategy is to sleep and get up at least 2 hours earlier than usual to continue studying.
@@mxphxsto8334 exactly! sleeping before exam is really essential. u ould be so stressed or drowsy in the exam hall if u pulled an all nighter before exam. U could pull a all nighter if it is really necessary or u want to get some work done urgently. or else, I would never

just becoz u cant pull all nighters doesnt mean ur not strong! Yoora is able to do it n be healthy n thats great for her but as someone who used to do this all the time it took a toll on my health really badly so yea dont do it often!
