Paired the kami I have with a clær tama and the hard edges on the cups made huge chips and chunks in the paint, wouldn't recommend pairing it with an expensive tama to save people the heartache.... Or maybe use a smaller tama that fits past the edges when on the spike.

Interesting. Was it a custom Kami or a china Kami?
