I never travel with an expensive tumbler. I tend to bring a tumbler that is smaller and inexpensive just in case I accidentally lose it.
Wear the shacket on the plane.
I like the doggy door bag.
Okay so here's my two cents.
Take: 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b,5, 11 easy to pack, 13 better than 9 and it fits, 14 is one you wear on travel day ( we're always told to wear layers or bulky stuff on our travel days), 16 I think it says Alaska formal night.
Leave: 3, 4 bring a smaller one with no handles!, 6, 7, 8 trust me you'll get the white cuffs dirty, 9 you admit it does not fit and you already have number 13 which will fit and screams Alaska, 10 again it's white and it'll only get dirty, 12 too big, & 15.
Whatever you decide to do, just enjoy that Alaska trip. It is one that's on my bucket list to cruise.❤

#1 rain jacket. Would you wish you had it if it does rain? Alaska gets far more rain than snow on the coast so I think you should take it.
Puffer Jacket is a must for sure!! And can leave the Hydro flask at home.... lol 😂 😂

Going on a 32 day Hawaii/South Pacific Cruise in April 2025. Do you have any ideas what to take. Won't be flying so don't need airplane travel essentials
Wear the shaket on the plane, you will wear it often even if you’re on your balcony. Drop the Jammie’s. The flannel will be fun and you can wear it twice. If you’re wearing under something else. I lived in leggings and sweats more than anything else.
Flannel for Alaska, is always a yes. Ditch the satin.
My husband has a little bag that he rolls his soap up in and it’s awesome. I’ll have to find it and link it here for you.

Soap container is too big. I have a black dry soap bag that is perfect for travel. I think it’s by Matador. Maybe for another cruise.

#7 duffle: Yes, #8 blue V neck: Yes, #10 white shacket: No, bulky and it's white, #11 Pink PJ: NO, can't have coffee or hot chocolate on the verandah, bring something warm and long pants, Big crossbody bag: No too big for the bulky rain gear and layers you will be wearing. Have you checked the weather! Rain and cold: high in the low 50's and low 40's at night, and night sunset is just after 6 pm. #14 pink shacket: No, too bulky. Enjoy your cruise. We've been to Alaska on the first week of Oct and it rained/drizzled a lot. Very muddy.

Hi Sheri! NCL is my favorite cruise line. Skip the soap dish and buy some of those little soap sheets that you can put in your purse while you travel. Sometimes public restrooms don’t have so those come in handy. Enjoy the cruise!

I just returned from an Alaskan CruiseTour. Layers are key! I wore merino wool in layers a lot when off the ship. The ship itself was warm to me. It’s also more casual than I expected. Number 3, not necessary, number 4, too big! Number 7👍number 11, only if you have expectations 😉14, too bulky. I can’t imagine going carryon only for an Alaskan trip! We were gone 24 days with temps between 79 and 35. Hubby and I took a 28” a 24” and a carryon. I wore every single thing I brought! He over packed😂Enjoy your trip!
Think the raincoat and the Sherpa lined jackets would work better than the puffer coat and the flannel shirts ……Don’t think you need all three .
I never travel with expensive sunnies either. Love your new ones. Love the blue formal dress. Leave the Cuban style shirt for Mr. CruiseTipsTV at home. Leave the soap dish and tumbler at home. I do admire you for traveling with carry-on only. Have a great cruise!
No to the light weight men's rain jacket, No to the soap dish, too bulky and you won't use it, I love large drink cups but dont' use them because they are too big, the last time I flew (out of Greece, they wouldn't let me take my large personal item that I had on top of my carry one but that was the only air port that did that. I also don't mind a long back under the seat in front of me because I have short legs and you're right not much room height wise under the seat. I like the waffle shirt better than the pink flannel. Your inside the cabin bring the cute sleep wear! LOVE the aztec fleece! Save the white cuban shirt for sunny destinations.
I always buy a small anti-bacterial soap pump for trips/ cruises. I hate those little bars of soaps- they are so messy.
I wore thin layers only. No bulky flannel. No on the shacket, since it rains a lot! No short sleeves. Rain proof beanie to cover your ears on that brisk glacier adventure.

If the waterproof layer for Mr. CTTV fits over 1. and/or 2a. then I think it is a yes!

#7 black duffel looks more functional. Interested if lengrh is okay as a carry-on for your flight.
Pink flannel shirt is better than pink shacket due to bulk as a packed item.
Cuban shirt does not match the Alaska cruise vibe.
Soap dish is a no unless you are bringing specific bar soap due to skin issues. Cruise cabin has liquid hand soaps available.
Good point. I have it all packed up and I’ll have to let you know how the black carry-on does. Hopefully they’ll allow me to take it on. I did not overstuff it.
