I think my tegu came from that same rescue... the lady I got him from said she got a bunch of them from a rescue situation down in Florida, so a few made it all the way up to Vermont, lol

Tegus make such great pets, Clint from Clint’s Reptiles compared them to small, calm dogs (tegus are better in every way). If you really want to see ultimate ecosystem destruction, look no further than Canis familiaris and Felis catus. They should have the same restrictions as Tegus. 🦎🦎🦎🦎🐍🐢🐊
And you are completely wrong saying that blues are more spicy than reds!! Its 100% the opposite blues are known for being more calm from day 1 and red more skittish and needing more work! I have had that exact experience with my current 4! My blues day 1 as babies were calm and sociable with me! My reds took alot of work and the female to this day only during daylight tho if I take her out and I'm standing instead of crouching she puffs up and opens mouth. But I take all 4 out side daily usually twice a day but havent in a week or so because it's been in the 60s in arizona

I'm interested in tegus are you rehoming or selling? I have 4 tegus 1 female pure blue 100%het, 1 blue ice Male 100%het, and 1 male red and 1 female red. I have a 12 acre property and build my own cages and fed my tegus amazingly! They get fruits, veggies, ground turkey, chicken hearts, gizzards,liver, salmon and cod and then quail, baby chicks and mice. All in their varied diet
Are there ever going to be more videos on this channel? This was 1 of my top 5 channels to watch. Oh well, still got 1-4. I am sorely disappointed in the uploads from you guys.
