What a great facility! Congratulations, guys on doing something that I love...conservation for crocodiles. Niles, Salties, Cubans, Y'all have done a great, over the top job for these magnificent animals. I'm too old now, but I envy what you get to do everyday!
You can always tell when an animal feels safe because you start seeing behaviors that are still natural but they wouldn’t be able to do in the wild. A crocodile wouldn’t be able to sleep that soundly out in the open in the wild like that. Especially with humans talking nearby. They know they’re safe so they can more fully relax. They can have fun with their environment. They start showing more social behaviors like attachment to a keeper or an enclosuremate. It’s fascinating to see what behaviors manifest once a creature recognizes their life is more than just basic survival.
They look like they are living their best possible life in there!!!! Every croc enclosure should mimic yours as much as possible. I do have one suggestion: putting different plants/trees in each enclosure so that each habitat looks different and somewhat matches the species that lives in it.🦎🐍🐢🐊
What an amazing facility. I don't know if you already thought about this and decided against it, but a whole load of floating plants in the ponds would look cool and likely help with the crocs wanting to hide as well.

Please consider getting night cameras. Maybe, show several in patreon and one or two every now and again on this regular part UA-cam. Or maybe the highest level patreons get access to a live stream of a species or so while you throw some scraps here so it's a teaser to get more people to patreon.

We live in a place called Plettenberg bay near cape town SA and at the snake park I work at we have three nile crockodiles and we get really cold here it has even had frozen water in ashtrays and they do well outside they just gow in the water and they do well we just dont feed them in winter and they are very healthy
Just asking awhile ago you went to Blakes show thingy and bought 2 albino crocs for a gr8 amount of money (750) I think. my question to you is; Whatever happened to the 2 crocs?
