I had a 48 Plymouth 2 door, with a SBC, with N50-15 rear tires, giant ladder bars, and a home made tilt front end, I made from bolting the hood and fenders together, and hinging it from the bottom. That's awesome dude! I saw a few years ago someone took I think it was a 60's Ford Galaxie and set the whole body on top of a modern Ford crown Vic frame. Fit well and looked great. The old body with modern interior and dash.
@@gregcrabb3497 Thank ya! Crown vics ride really well too. That would be a great swap.
Very nice. Excellent door alignment. Better than some of my Mustangs.
Doors are one of my OCDs
Nice ! Lots of work! Bummer about the 🔥.
Thank you. It was more than I planned on. Yeah only thing I won't have now is trunk latch popping from the key fob.
Had the P15 and now driving the Buick. Love what you did.
I appreciate it. Took the looks and reliability and rolled them into one.
Excellent build. That took some doing. Personally I would sand down the spot welding joints on the body and try and blend the patina.
That was the original plan. The look has grown on me so she will wear her cosmetic surgery scars proudly.
Well, your Plymuick, or Biukouth. really and truly is a "one of a kind"! Great job! AND, a great video!
Thank ya, glad you like it. Thank you again for stopping by. I call her Dolly for obvious reasons.
Just fantastic! I love it! Impressive rebuildingspeed!
Thank ya! If I didn't get it done that quick, I never would have with all the customer cars coming in.
Neat project ! Red Green would be proud ! 😂 one things for sure that car comes with a story !
Red Green is one of my all-time favorites. That would be a huge compliment.
@themishapgarage3403 amen that guys a legend !!!
I salute you man, you are one hell of a fabricator. I’d like to see you build a chopper motorcycle someday.
I appreciate it. I've had my share of fun on 2 wheels and speed. Now I'm just a cruiser on 4 with no need for the speed anymore for more than a couple reasons.
@
Right on.
You have got some very nice fabricating skills. Well done.
Thank ya sir
@@themishapgarage3403 you're welcome! A pleasure to watch!
I really like the car myself I just happen to be scrolling through videos and then you got my attention lol. I am now subscribed to your channel 😊
I appreciate that. Thanks for being here.
Great job. You have a creative mind with skill and talent 👍👍
Well thank ya. Feels good to do something off the wall that no one had done before.
I had a 48 Plymouth 2 door, with a SBC, with N50-15 rear tires, giant ladder bars, and a home made tilt front end, I made from bolting the hood and fenders together, and hinging it from the bottom. It was a beast of the street in the mid '70's when I was in high school. I sold it to two guys that were all excited about restoring it all original, and were overjoyed when they saw it still had the original heater in it.
I miss that car.
Now that would have been one I'd love to have seen! I hope I was able to bring back some good memories for you. I appreciate you stopping by and sharing your story. It's always cool to hear stuff like that.
