Local investors are a threat to him and his family. If you ask me, kenya is a rich country and we only need investments in certain technical areas like nuclear science etc. With a 3 trillion budget, we can invest in many areas ourselves and always remember that foreigners will end up repatriating all profits meaning we will always be poor.

You could import it by yourself then when the car arrives, you FAIL to pay the tax amount (and KRA won't release your car). You could opt not to import the car at all to AVOID paying the tax amount.
