  • Physical Therapist with limited ability to run after knee injury and with inguinal pain long after knee arthroscopy and hernia repair with mesh attended a workshop taught by the Hesch Institute where she was treated. She was treated at the knee, hip and pelvis, and rib cage for chronic restrictions of joint mobility. She attended another workshop a year later and describes lasting benefit. Inguinal pain after hernia repair responded to unique intervention and she went from running one mile to running 6 miles.

I'm glad that she's feeling better. I have surgery in about 1 1/2 weeks for a mild inguinal hernia, and I'm feeling reluctant to get the procedure done.

I hope you find clarity and if you have the surgery I hope it goes very smoothly for you.
