Is it a hassle organizing your light stands and other tall equipment? Photographer @lindsayadlerphoto faced the same challenge. We collaborated to create a mobile studio cart that simplifies your studio organization. This compact cart stores light stands, tripods, umbrellas, tube lights, paper backdrop rolls, and other tall, narrow equipment. It's here to keep you organized, protect your gear, and help you find things quickly.

I just put mine together the other day, came with a few nicks, and a piece of the laminate I glued back on. It was a bit tricky to assemble at the end, but with a bit of help from my rubber mallet and some grunting here and there got it together. Got it on sale, and figured, between material and labor to cut out and assemble, was sort of a easy choice to just purchase. Nice to have everything in one spot that moves vs. things propped up all over the studio here and there.
Hope you enjoy it!
@@lindsayadlerphoto I really need this cart. How can I purchase one? @westcott
Wish this came out before I built my own 🤷🏾♂️
Plans please

haha well that's kind of what I wound up doing first!
It really does look great--except for the size. I hope it is successful enough for Westcott to add a larger size too!
Works fine for me! :D
I think the size is fine, get two if you have that much stuff.
That would be very inconvenient, negating the purpose. What do you put in yours? @@pjcolombo11
When I click on the weblink provided or search the westcott website it says page not found.

Is wescott fj80 compatible with Lumix G9ii?
Looks nice but our cart arrived with very warped panels which made it super difficult to put together, and screws needed to be forced to secure properly. Don't recommend it.
Well, it did say there was a lamination issue with this batch, so you kind of knew what you were getting into.
it looks nice but overpriced.
Im going to build me own haha
@@lindsayadlerphoto shucks, guess you better trade that Profoto gear in for Broncolor and that R5 featuring the RF 70-200 for a Phase One.
I like how you compare photo gear to furniture.@@Lucy-dk5cz
How much is it?
Available here: www.fjwestcott.com/products/storage-cart-for-photo-studios-video-production
too much
On sale now.@@djkevin314
I would really like to own this but I can’t seem to find this anywhere @westcott
Same here. There's a similar system sold by Selens - Google "Selens Studio Storage Cart". I can't vouch for it as I haven't ordered one yet, but it looks like it'll do the job.
Specs say it's only 18 inches wide? That is tiny.
Thats just the packing details
@@lindsayadlerphoto Then Westcott's site is wrong with the specs?
Product Dimensions
34.0 × 18.5 × 32.0 in. (86.4 × 47.0 × 81.3 cm)
Packed/Folded Size
34.0 × 30.0 × 12.0 in. (86.4 × 76.2 × 30.5 cm)
looks nice. I am very afraid taxes and duties should be very expensive for 35Kg cart.
Anybody with a little of DIY ability can do something better than that for 10x less money 😅
That’s very true! But some people would prefer to have an easier solution.
@@WestcottLighting I couldn't possibly build this myself. lol
