Trick to keep it off your shoulders is a thin line or two of glue from a glue gun on the inside of the shirt where it would rest on your arms.Turn the shirt inside out and stretch it out over an ironing board as you apply the glue and let dry

i work at tj maxx and we're supposed to put the security tag along the seam so the hole isn't that bad, but honestly so many people i work with don't care so they just put it wherever 😒

ashley o'sullivan I was the shoe department coordinator and my store manager hated me so I became very close with my district manager and after he realized that my store manager wasn't doing anything he whipped everyone into shape people quite and got fired it was so nice. Like a whole new store.

There is a hack to keep it off your shoulder without using glue, it involved 2 bobby pins and a hair elastic but I can't remember how to do it, UA-cam it and it will come up and you don't have to ruin your clothes by using hot glue. I know.. super vague but I hope it helps x
To keep off the shoulder shirts off the shoulder, you loop both sides of an elastic hair tie with one safety pin each & then pin them into the front & back of the elastic shoulder parts on each side. Then when you put the shirt on, the elastic hair tie is placed under your arms so you're free to raise your arms & whatnot without the sleeves rising up. Idk if this even made sense but good luck! I hope this helped. 💣💣💣💣💣

the trick is to take two rubber bands/hairties and 4 safety pins. safety pin the rubber band to the front and back of the shirt under your arm pit,then when you put the shirt on the rubber band goes under your arm pit to hold the shit in place. sorry if this is confusing, I'm sure you can also search for a video on it!

so i used to work at forever 21 and they usually dont tell us to put the security pins a certain way so everyone would just stick it through the item of slothing but other times they would tell us to put it through the stitching, most people still dont and put it where ever and in the end of the day we would have alot of damaged items
