  • Learn how to introduce an exciting percussion technique - bowing - to your students with today’s tip from the PAS Classroom with ‪@JeffBarudin‬
PAS Classroom is a video series focused on quick and valuable tips and tricks for percussionists, drummers, music students, and (in particular) music educators. Learn techniques and strategies you can take back to your percussion classroom or performance in under three minutes. PAS Classroom is created and produced by the Education Committee, with contributions from other committees, of the Percussive Arts Society.
Dr. Jeff Barudin is a member of the PAS Education committee and a percussion educator, performer, and composer. He has performed as a soloist and ensemble member around the world, including several performances at PASIC and PAS Days of Percussion. He has also participated in numerous world premiere performances and recordings. Jeff is currently on the Performing Arts faculty at the Sanford School in Hockessin, Delaware, and an adjunct music instruction with Maryville University.
PAS members have access to the many more resources in our extensive library at pas.org, and get a discounted registration to the Percussive Arts International Convention (PASIC), the premiere percussion event each year with over 100 world-class clinicians, concerts, new music debuts, workshops and hours of educator professional development. Give your students these benefits as well (plus an exclusive Masterclass) with a Group or Studio Membership.
