Very helpful thankyou. My threader works intermittently. I think sometimes my needle bent if the embroidery was too dense. Now with your very clear instructions I know how to check it's working correctly.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I thought I was going to have to take this silly machine back, but your video clearly explained how to adjust the placement of the hook.
Thank you so much. I tried to bend the threader hook but it just springs back, I had no idea that mounting screw was an adjustment. So, slightly loosen the mounting screw (to the left). Guide the thread hook through the needle. Tighten the screw. It's that simple!
Thank you so much for your close up of how the threader works!!! I didn’t know the path of the thread. Also thank you for your detailed info of how it works :D Happy Day!
Thank you so much for the TIP , this is my first one since I started my UA-cam! Glad it helped you, if you struggle with something on the machine, gime me a shout will make video.
I love my Janome HD5000. The stitches are beautiful. However the automatic threader is crap. I have several machines and my cheapest machine that has the worst stitches in comparison has the best automatic threader. It's because of this cheap machine I decided that an automatic threader is a must, I just wanted it with a good quality machine.
Thank you SO much. I have one issue though. Hard to describe As you know when you pull the threader down it spins and then when it comes up it returns to its home position. Whole sewing, the part that rotates is a little loose and will spin itself into the path of the thread. Is there an easy fix for this?
What are the part numbers to buy these parts and where can we buy them? Also where do we get those teeny tiny screwdrivers? I need other parts to this, you said there are 4 parts, what are those part numbers? Than’ you for post this video. I have a 5300, same problem, but not the hook.
If this video helped you save some $$$, a coffee tip would be highly appreciated. Thanks !
Thank you!!! Finally someone made a video that’s zoomed in and slowly shows how the auto threader should be threaded so it can work!
Thanks for your comment. It's very silly when they say, I'm not using it because it's too hard , no , you are not using it because its not working.
Brilliant, close ups and explanations very helpful - solved my threader problem!

Thank you!!!! This helped so much!!!

Thanks for your comment here
Thank you. Mine was stuck and i oiled it. Working on it now.
Thank you for your helpful video! We were able to repair my threader. Much appreciated!

Thank you for this video - is there a part number associated with the replacement needle threader? I have a Janome 9450.
I don't know, but ring the Janome dealer they know what you are looking for
Thank you very much for your comments. I will be very happy if you can help me to reach 1000 Subscribers. Thanks.
The snap thing at the end isn’t working on my machine. It just don’t moves so the threads don’t move towards the needle. What can I do?
A tiny spring popped off from the needle threader. The threader remains in a down position. I can’t see where the spring goes
It’s a memory craft 500e
Mine is different on the 350e. I'm trying to work out if it's broken or bent, it's so small though.
So small indeed, get a good light and magnifying glass.

There is a spring on top. This is what does tension on the mechanism
@@MeFixingEverything that just pulls it up it seems, is there another spring that rotates it back?
Unfortunately I can't check.I sold the machine

Unfortunately I don't know the part numbers. I was told they can be purchased from the dealer. Screwdriver is from the local automotive shop.
