- As usual, we place maximum winching force on our bumper anytime we go out.Pay special attention to how we drag the WJ on it's transmission cross-member. Watching the video I realized where I messed up on this obstacle; I don't belong on it LOL. I believe we will go back and attempt this obstacle again more towards the passenger side. I'm not done with you Mottino...we shall meet again

Your jeep is so bad ass. I want to be just like you when i grow up.
ahh hell yeah, offroad 'n' fun. Awesome!
I admire that you would try this with an WJ. I hope you came out of it with minimal damage.
Thank you, it was a fun attempt least to say. Only a smashed steering stabilizer strut. Who needs that anyway lol
@@hkoffroad1480 yeah I agree, the stabilization is optional. Looking forward to future vids.
Hey man, I have xj, was going to replace my lift with long arms but boy , I see the only draw back is hanging them on stuff.....nice ride
HK Offroad Funny you say that, the exact same thing happened to my wj, the strut was L-shaped after. It seems to be a rock magnet
That guy in the boonie hat looks like Vin diesel...just throwing that out there.....
Hey man, I just caught the Mottino Wash video. That was GREAT! What bullet proof lockers are you using? I have a silver 2000 GRAND , 2.5 spring (NOOO SPACER LIFT) 17 inch Wrangler wheels & 255/75 Cooper AT/3's. It'll go where I point it but not like yours. The articulation potential on 2000'ish Grand Cherokee's is tremendous! Thanks for a cool video.
I'm running Eaton E-Lockers front and rear
Saw the video. Loved it. What front bumper is that. I need one just like it. Thanks.
We make them. You can find it on our website www.hkoffroad.com
@HK Offroad what PSI do you air down to on the WJ
10 psi. I've been down to 8 but it's too much bon the steering pump
Sooooo...... When you guys going to be building more bumpers?? I WANT ONE!!!
May/June ish
I got love for all Jeeps but I'll never go rock crawling with a WJ ever again. Last time we hit the trails, 6 JKs, 2 TJs, Renegade TH, FJ and a WJ...4" lift, 32s, built well but it just kept getting Turtled all day long. Even the Renegade made the WJ look pale in comparison.
To each their own but just one bad day on a trail doesn't justify never rock crawling with a WJ. Each vehicle has it's limits.
Also, this obstacle was attempted by a JK Rubicon on 37's.... it didn't make it. It's a very difficult obstacle.
Lowerider mood lol apress
Curiousty...im a big fan of ur channel.....are u running lockers? Or are u running the quadra drive?
I'm running front and rear Eating e-Lockers
@@hkoffroad1480
Dana 35 rear?
@@xmo552 Dana 44 from a JK
@@hkoffroad1480
Oh cool. I was looking at that idea. Did you get it from ECGS or does someone make swap brackets?
@@xmo552 we used IRO's axle swap kit. They make one for the front too.
How much lift are you running?
6.5"
What size tires?
On that run I was running 33's
33s with a 6.5" lift?
Would you please make your WJ hidden winch mount available !
And Please the WJ rock sliders. Please.
I can't just yet, I'm still full filling current orders.
@@hkoffroad1480 yeah that winch looks super clean and doesn't look like it effects your approach angle. Nice rig!
Why even try that bud... just holding up the line...
Cause it's my party and I can
