In my humble opinion, any foreigner interested in purchasing a residence in Thailand --MUST-- first rent a furnished condominium in anyone one of the major cities in Thailand. As a foreigner, there is no need to tie-up your money in just one residence when six month short-term rentals will provide you with more bang for the buck, the ability to move and explore Thailand and most importunately, the ability to leave Thailand if this area is not your cup of tea. There are many overbuilt areas of Thailand and there are many condo's being rented for under cost. Good Luck.
Is it really just 500k$? That sounds a really good price for this villa. I wish I could rent one like this for 6 months and see whether I like living in thailand.
It’s a pity you don’t understand the market. Most of these villas are built to order. This owner has granted access - and if you like it you have the option to buy one. You can even choose your own furniture. Your taste of furniture is not important unless of course you pay a deposit.
Forgot to mention, the furniture in the lounge space is far to bulky and heavy in the area provided … takes up far to much space…. Less is often more in these cases.
Too much bling. Why install hand-made door handles from Italy on a sub $600k property ? Put money elsewhere. I think you could reduce the cost of this property by at least 50k by reducing the unnecessary bling and opulent features.

I need more video like that
What about places that aren’t opulent and gold? More natural wood?

as far as i know foreigners can lease homes for upto 30 years
If you have a operating business you can own the property freehold

Lovely home, BUT it’s a pity you did not show this development PRIOR to it being sold ??
There are 6 more villas just like this one still available for sale :)

You're right, I didn't sell it from UA-cam
Hello! How much can one earn from renting out this house?
Hello, actually it will rented out right now for 350k THB a month during Dec - Jan - Feb
Thank you for the quick response! Approximately a classic 8-10% annual return. Have a great day!@@theislandlife256
@@theislandlife256are you sure this is correct? 350k THB is equal to almost 10k USD a month…

Chill buddy people have different tastes besides you can build you own with cheap materials
@@nyangau8740 you are right
surpriced that presenter wearing shoes inside...
Kind of tacky and cheesy looking .
The roof needs sorting and looks like shit. No way I'd buy that unless they sorted it.
A one burner stove? Are you kidding me? LOL....😅😅😅😅
There is a range right there with 4 on it at least. That one is for a kettle...
Think the gas one is actually for a wok. Stir frying.
Outside is lovely .. inside seems designed by someone without a lot of taste imo.
I need 4 bedrooms villa ,, can i have please ?
