As you can tell guys, I’m not a realtor 😂 I will work on the camera movement. If you’re interested in Thailand Real Estate for rentals or purchasing, you can connect with my agent: www.impaullee.com/bangkok-rentals
Haha yes you definately not a realtor. Keep your day job 😂 Three main things, price, location and square footage. You listed the price and I think you said not near sukhumvit. but what is the square footage or square meterage of a place like that? Just curious.
Nice, I used to live in that area many years ago! Miss that area. Looks so much more developed now. The upper floor looks like good quality laminate floors. That small, hobby painting room I would probably turn into a yoga/meditation room
You're awesome brotha. Extreme elegance and immaculate building design. A unique property, have not seen one that has that look and feel. The living situation is perfect if there is a green park, green space and bike lanes in close proximity. Thailand always comes across as a great place to live.
For the corridor with the painting easel, looks like a nice cozy space for art. Drawing, painting. A reading nook to stock with some nice wine or whiskey. Or a small studio space for building Gundam models, and customizing 1/6th scale action figures.
Location make this house expensive. The land alone is probably 60-70 million bahts. The house is probably 25-30 million. Furniture and decorations is 15 million. There are few houses in this project because of limited land. If this house is in other location, it may sell only 40-50 million.
American living in New York State and moving to Thailand (Bangkok) in 3 years (or less). I will need to find a licensed real estate agent. I’ll be visiting Bangkok in April of next year. Great content as always
Pricey, I am not a Bangkok person. For three million dollars I would expect that home on a few rai with a walled property on a beach in Phuket or Samui
Hey Paul , very good video . I can do better editing in your videos which can help you to get more engagement in your videos . Pls lmk what do you think ?
This is most gorgeous house you can get without a doubt, but if I have money to afford a house like this.. I wouldn't living in this kind of neighborhood. Gonna need more privacy.
The type of house that most Thai people cannot afford, heck even hard working average American. Sad but true. Good for inspiration though for someone who likes interior design, home deco as hobby.
Awesome house but you would have no privacy here. Your neighbors have full view into the house and vice versa. Also there's no yard of any kind and just a communal area.
If you get on ya hamster wheel & start making a ton of 💰 & get married to your wonderful GF, MAKE SURE YOU GET MARRIED IN THAILAND & NOT IN ANY WESTERN NATION. Great video
I could really get into your content but this is the 3rd video I had to stop watching because your camera work is getting me dizzy. Looks to be a beautiful crib though... from what I was able to watch... y'know, before I felt like throwing up my dinner.
I’ve always wanted to go abroad to maybe Thailand etc. but my parents are like dude going to Thailand is for losers who can’t find a beautiful woman in America and make it big in America. My parents are Korean btw. They said they left Korea because America is by far the richest country in history with the greatest opportunity. I may not like what they are saying but it is true... parents always know what’s best. I guess for a lot of Koreans and korean parents the idea of living in Thailand or some poorer country is viewed as moving down. Living and making it in America or Europe is considered moving up.
I’m sorry to hear. I guess they are not very well educated, not sophisticated, and come from a working class background. But who cares, you know better, so that is what is important.

Your agent has the same name as you, amazing.
Your camera work need to slow down and avoid sudden turn or sharp angle turns, giving everyone headache
Will work on this. Thanks for the feedback
A little dizzy 😂

Amazing house❤❤❤❤

Thank you for sharing. Please share more houses in Thailand.

GOALS! 🙌🙏
Very luxurious house in Bangkok 😊

You’re probably the first Westerner to show luxury home. Can’t wait to see more. Please go see Siraninn Residences Pattanakarn next please.
Wow wow, luxurious house.

Not anymore unless you are way outside of the city. Also, we would pay more home with large plot of rais in Phuket.
Please show us some cozy Thai houses.
2nd floor: 1st bedroom
3rd floor: 2nd bedroom & 3rd/masters bedroom
4th: 4th bedroom & 5the bedroom
You nailed it the first-time bro. Why not another one just to make sure the message is loud and clear of what's in Thailand
Post more of this

I rather buy same style in Chiangmai for like maximum 20m bath.
The joke about Harry Potter got me :D
Wow….will need 3 helper to take care of the house 24/7. Monthly expenses for the house min thb 50k!
Privacy might be an issue, for that reason I think price is high.
I’m not sure if you’re trying to broker deals but, foreigners won’t be able to buy that. Foreigners can only buy condos in Thailand.
Condos can be bought with a Thai company and a good Thai lawyer
@@iPaulLee but that’s not a condo.

The text is: INSANE $3MILLION House Mansion Tour In Bangkok Thailand! (150,000,000THB), but the price, is 115,000,000.
The price is 115,000,000THB which is $3.1M
The title says 150,000,000THB I think that's what he's referring to mate:)
I'm dizzy from the camera movement
will improve this soon!
Good point. lol
Parking space is terrible this house too expensive

As an American, only the very top 0.1% American can afford this house (and not average American)
DREAM HOUSE ....... Only in my Dream 🤣

You'd get a nicer house in Texas with land
For 70k$ dont think so
It is true. Houses in the Texas are so much cheaper than Bangkok
