Hey Greg, looks great! Pork ribs are a regular on the smoker. Did you take off the silver skin when preparing the meat? Kind of looked like it was on when you were applying the sauce, however it didn't look like any issues while you were eating thats for sure.

Yes I did remove the skin. These were seasoned just right. So tasty.
