    Just watched this while enjoying my own 25$-ish steak. You did better then me on getting it medium rare. Mine was a bit too well done. But I finished mine off in a pan with some slightly spicy oil and it was delish. Just season with salt and pepper, get a nice crust, lower the heat and instead of basting in butter finish it off with some spicy oil. It gives it a slighthly eastern vibe.

    32 bolts, should withstand a storm I would think, but that is a big sail so need to be ready. Anyway, I looked at the gazebo's on costco's site and they had some more expensive models for a lot more. Was the snow rating on your's rated as I didn't look into the specs on all the models. Also, how long do you think the fabric roof will last before needing replacement?

    • @GregRocheleau
      @GregRocheleau 9 днів тому

      I didn't look at the snow rating. I guess we will deal with that when the time comes. I was more conscious of the winds. The roof is aluminum panels. My neighbor has a fabric roof on their gazebo. They replace it every 5 years or so.

    That is a really nice looking gazebo and addition to your back yard, you are really running out of space, maybe have to buy another lot! Anyway, I was thinking of the bases of the feet, and given they were not predrilled into the feet, that may allow you adjustment for variations in height of the concrete bases, so if you want to raise one up a little bit that gives allows you some adjustment there. Looks like your was level since it all went together so well.
