Monsta X is in their prime. Period. And to add to what you said about Shownu not being here and Wonho’s situation, most groups CRUMBLE when a member leaves the group or you can sense a missing link when another enlists. It’s insane to me how these guys are so strong regardless of WHATEVER life throws at them. They have a fire in their belly lately... it’s inspirational. And the fact that THEY are making this music, not the label, THEY have more control then ever and they are reaching new heights in musical quality and also commercial success with THEIR OWN vision... insanity. INSANITY. Kpop’s biggest plot twist, after being constantly pushed to the side and disregarded, they are NOW, 7 years later, getting what they deserve while making several points.
Honestly I couldn’t agree more. I feel like they’re really in their BAG right now!

I totally understand what you mean about that genuine quality to Monsta X. Whatever genre, vibe, concept they do - there is still something so inherently THEM to it. Personally, I think it's the soul they put into it when they sing
Even though I really miss Shownu and Wonho with them, I am so proud of how well they do no matter who's there. Every member steps up. They've already shown that they have it all: vocals, rap, dancing, acting, creativity. They don't need to prove a thing to anyone but themselves.
And it's really amazing how throughout their career, even as they've grown and evolved, they have this distinct Monsta X sound that no one else has. They have always been unique and can't be copied because it's always been authentically them.
They dropped the recording video today, it's awesome. There's also one for Gambler. We are really happier for being monbebes and people that don't give them a chance are REALLY missing out! Monbebe for life ❤

Joohoney Jackson put his foot in this production! Monsta X just hits different. This is the song of the quarter so far. Out of everything that has come out, "Love" wins hands down. The nostalgia for me in the music and visuals of the 90's era. The dress, lingo, beats... this is why I covet Kpop. Joohoney walked up in that white suit like Big Daddy Kane, smooth. I was done. They killed it... A+ and golden star. *Now I really need another Lee Michelle and Joohoney track... just them two with her rap/vocals to match. Great reaction... the re-watch is understandable.

I think what I love about Monsta X (among the hundreds of things) is the way they put their unique stamp on everything they do. They do things in their own way and have a unique style that's totally their own lane. Their music and style is totally THEM. No other groups could do what they do. Especially since the group themselves have taken over most of the writing and producing of their music. I just agree with everything you said in the video, only Monsta X are doing and could do concepts like this! I wish actually they had more success over here in the UK! Let's manifest a concert or something here at least anyway! x

They are working hard to cover the absence of shownu until he returns. And really they're all so talented and stunning... really what makes the group and that they are one of a kind... is harmony and balance as a group!!
But the introduction has nothing to do with another group. It is based on classic hiphop like almost the entire song and has older references

As a monbebe, thank you for reacting to this song because this song is a masterpiece. Joohoney wrote and produced this song, he is an amazing artist who can rap and sing. Also, Joohoney is one of my favorite Kpop rapper, I just love his gritty tone and how he enunciate each word whether it is in Korean or English. He needs to be writing and/or producing the majority of Monsta X song because when he write and produce any song, it is an automatic gold for me like gambler and love. Lastly, this group needs more love because they do not get enough love in Kpop.

I'm always thankful of your reactions!!! Because I'm glad someone see what every monbebe see, and how hard they have been working for so many years. Also happy because even tho Jooheon and Changkyun have been producing bsides for their albuns for so long (Hyungwon too since Fatal Love), finally sse let Jooheon take the wheel to make title tracks for monsta x, it gives so much identity to their songs (not that before they didnt have, but you know what I mean).

I loved the song and the mv. One of my favorite parts is when the song slowed down and Kihyun & Hyungwon were singing together. That could’ve been the beginning of a slow jam. Then Honey and I.M rapping is always fire. Minhyuk voice was smooth as usual. Music like this is why Monsta X has been my favorite group since I started listening to Kpop. 🥰
