I know, his preview choreography for How Long and the piece he did for SNxWHxHW- Numb were so epic. Honestly, I think the reason people have noticed him more this album is that he has been taking better care of his health, so he has more power to give their signature dance style. Monsta X has always loved those big, bold dances.

There is rumor that hyungwon choreographed the dance himself because it’s his style. And he stands out a lot to me in that one.

OMG My bias is IM and Joohoney my bias wrecker but this time everytime Hyungwon was on the frame, he’s always caught my attention during the whole video DAMN. And as a dancer myself, I can say that you’re 100% right: the way u are dressed has a lot to do with your energy while dancing and here Hyungwon proved that. Also, as the choreo is more “hip-hop”, I guess he gets to shine more there, cuz maybe it’s more of his style (since MX doesn’t have too may hip hop centered choreos).

Hyungwon is part of the dance line as lead dancer (Wonho was also lead dancer) along with Shownu who is the main dancer. Hyungwon seems to lean more towards Hip-hop style dance (check out the choreography he created for Numb with the rest of the dance line members Shownu and Wonho, just look up Monsta X Numb cover). Rather than powerful dancing Hyungwon is more light and graceful, that combined with this style of dance makes more impact and makes him stand out more. Thanks for reacting!!!!!!!

This choreo is their most difficult one since Follow or maybe Fantasia. Maybe the reason why you haven’t seen Hyungwon like this is because their past comebacks weren’t as challenging as this one in terms of dancing. But to me he always stands out, even now, the choreo is so high energy but he has such a chillness to the way he moves, he always looks like he doesn’t really give a fudge about being there and has the attitude of ‘you’re welcome’, it’s seriously so attractive, I can’t. Lmao

Hyungwon has always been sick with it, but you need the fancams to appreciate it. Fancams for Gambler, Flow and Play it Cool are some of my favorites.
