I lived in Eswatini for several years. It is a beautiful country, but its natural areas are not many and small. I think that the culture and traditions of Eswatini are a more important attraction. I guess that you are deliberately ignoring the politics and economy. That's where Swazis have some problems.

I‘m from germany and have never been to Africa as a whole, but would love to visit multiple countries in the continent.
From what I‘ve heard though places like Congo are quite unsafe and you can easily get hurt there.

Yes, it is very safe. Of course exercise wisdom when in any foreign country but you will enjoy and feel safe.
Eswatini is very safe and beautiful. There are lodges, hotels, backpacker hostels and guest houses. There is an annual international music festival called Bushfire. It take place around May or June. Google Malandelas Holiday resort in the beautiful town of Malker ns. Good luck.
Ich war 2022 in Eswatini und dort auch eigentlich nur mit einheimischen Freunden unterwegs. Ist ein super schönes Land mit einer super freundlichen Bevölkerung. Amtssprache ist Englisch und das können da auch alle. Ich war damals im Hilton in Mbabane, das war schon ganz gut. Preislich vollkommen in Ordnung, fängt bei ca 80€ pro Nacht an. Sicherheitslage ist auch solide, aber am besten von Demos fernhalten, sofern denn welche stattfinden (dürfen/können). Mach auf jeden Fall den Trip, auf der Flüche von halb Bayern hast du da eine unglaublich diverse Natur. Vom Dschungel in den Bergen bis Hochplateaus im Osten und der Savanne dazwischen ist da alles dabei
