Dog teaching the other dog to howl; that has happened multiple times with family dogs. First you have Old Dog, years later you get Puppy Dog and I guess Puppy thinks "two of us make a pack, let us sing the song of our wolf ancestors!"
1979. Parents visiting us for a week but we still had to go to work. Told my dad to defrost bread for 5. OLD microwaves were not digital. Had a dial. He defrosted for 5 minutes...not 5 seconds.
I mean....I don't see how someone doesn't know what the word ambiguous means. I would have probably left too as that is someone who is not very bright.
The first one is mostly relatable. I'm from New York so I was used to talking fast. I don't live there anymore and had to make sure that I slow down. That being said, I would still talk fast if I am excited about stuff. Just tell me and I'll slow down.
Maybe it is best to not date. I get all people are different but I am 21 female, have never had a first kiss or anything like that, let alone a date. I am perfectly content on being single, furthering my career, and getting a house. Once I am financially secure, with a house I do plan on adopting but that will be several years down the line. I am doing well as of now, started a new job that is allowing me to expand my skill set, and I have been looking at houses for several years. I found a property in my price range but I am waiting till I am at my new job at least a month before purchasing a property. Sometimes it is just best to focus on yourself and bettering your life before bringing someone else into the picture.
Honestly, half the reasons were really dumb and mostly pet peeves. Even if they did find “the one”, they would probably still have to deal with some sort of quirky behaviour. Isn't that what makes people unique, tho?

Do you think the guy in the first story has ADHD or is Autistic? Because I know one sign of both of those things is speaking quickly or loudly and not being able to moderate how you speak. Of course, you shouldn’t diagnose someone based on a singular symptom, but just a thought to chew on.
