    When I make my kontomire like this, my husband sings my praises saa so thank you. Though, I fry my agushie in palm oil in a separate pan and I boil my eggs then add instead of frying into the kontomire. It makes the stew less moist and soft which I prefer

    I just used this to prepare my kontombire stew. Simple and helpful. I used Kobe instead of the momoni and it came out good

    SORRYOOO. don't know what some of those ingredients are....Was that cow belly or pork fat? And what was that white sauce you poured over...       You can however it’s easier to mix the boiled kontomire with the stew than one that’s not boiled

      It is not kontomire if it itches. Always get the smaller kontomire leaves and not the big ones. The big ones tend to be the itchy ones. Thank you for watching and subscribing

      It adds very nice flavor to the palm oil and the stew as a whole. You can however substitute it for koobi or make it to your preference. I hope this helps 🙏

      You can but it will be a little bit difficult mixing with the stew. You can steam the kontomire to retain its nutrients in place of boiling. Much love ❤️

    The only good thing Wele is good for is, giving to the shoe maker to repair shoes and for the dogs.

      My wife use to love it, the kids do too, I always tease them about it.
      To annoy them, I pinch it give it to the dogs.
      What's called a required taste.
      I'm not to keen on palm oil, I add some, mix it with olive oil.
      Like Fufu, personally the soup pjust like peppered water, so I boil carrots, cabbage, onions, bell peppers , blend them add that to the soup, save the water drink it, get all the goodness from the veg.
