Alot of people live like this and love being at home. I prefer doing this regardless of having a business and still having a job and being outgoing. Friday and Sunday nights, junk food, gaming. We are human at the end of they day, recover, rest, have fun, reset and focus again.

Hey bro love the vibe of your videos. I feel ya being an introvert can be lonely at times but it is a super power. You are your own best friend. No need to rely on anyone or anything outside of yourself to be happy or to enjoy yourself. That being said I feel like so many people(myself included) can fall into the ego/identity trap of being an “introvert”. It’s okay to be introverted but I feel like problems start to arise when we identify too much with the label of being an introvert. For example, we can tell ourselves “I’m an introvert so I’m just gonna keep to myself and avoid talking to people”. Or we can tell ourselves, “I’m introverted, but that is something that I’d like to work on”. At least when we word it like that it gives us the opportunity for change and growth and it doesn’t lock you into certain ways of being just because you feel like you are that label that you give yourself. I know this message is kinda long but I just wanted to share with you man cause I know what it’s like to be a “lonely introvert”. But also it doesnt always have to be like that. We can take steps each day to improve and be the person that we know we can be.
