LOVE these workouts; working out with my own personal trainer in my home, what could be better??
The warm up felt like part of the routine! I also wish that the girl who was doing low impact would have continued to it through out the work-out.
That last circuit was killer! Will do this several more times. Hopefully, I'll improve over time. :)
