I don't think Miguna is arrogant, he is just pissed of at the current state of affairs in Nairobi and rightfully so. infact, all Nairobi residents ought to be pissed off at the current state of affairs! The solution is to kick out the mediocre leaders like sonko and kidero and choose leaders of integrity.. only then can Nairobi change course and start heading in the right direction..

Whenever I have a bad day I find myself to this interview and Kitonga's incompetence crack my ribs! There's an art to asking questions, this is the lost art in journalism!
This came across as such a "loaded" interview. Mr. Gitonga clearly ignored or failed to comprehend what was being explained. Sub par.

Even though Mr Gitonga was a bit pesky, I think he did his job well by representing OUR CYNICISM & RESIGNATION:
That nothing really good come come out of our leaders except showy, emptiness. In the end, he acquitted himself (Gitonga) and I think he had to give Miguna a hard time (which of course is IMPOSSIBLE).
I really hope Miguna has reached all Nairobians. I know Nairobians are intelligent and will take this chance.
Then as Governor, if Miguna fails, we will have his manifesto to hold him account. If he delivers even half of what he promises...who KNOWS WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS?
As he says, corruption is a mindset. Imagine what it will do for governance in Kenya, if Nairobi becomes a working city in the sun again? Will it not make the thieves who steal BILLIONS THAT THEY KNOW NOT WHAT TO DO WITH (until they book bullet-proof gold caskets) look foolish in our eyes.

I have maximum respect for Miguna Miguna. He has facts on his finger tips. I love listening to him because he unearths so much. By just listening to him you learn so much. Such a pity that Nairobians will not vote him in. He had prepared his manifesto long time ago and that means he has the interests of Nairobians at heart. It was not a last minute thing. Nairobians need to all vote for this man Miguna. Thanks Gitonga for being such horrible journalist but gave him an opportunity to speak to the electorate. Reading from comments of others here, most people agreed Miguna was answering questions in depth but for some reason Gitonga was not listening. I noticed him scrolling a tablet( obviously he can't multitask). Gitonga made a fool of himself.
