The embroidery module provides a selection of three embroidery motif folders -- one includes 10 alphabets in various fonts and in vertical and horizontal alignment, one offers 150 beautiful motifs including motifs designed by three international artists, and finally, My Designs provides space for your own creations. A small, a medium-sized and a large, oval hoop are part of the standard accessories that come with the BERNINA 830. The Mega Hoop and Jumbo Hoop are special accessories and therefore available as options. Use them to create beautiful, large embroidery designs! Dear Shiloh, please try calibrating the hoop following the instructions in the user manual (the document is also available online at www.bernina.com/en-US/Machines-US/Series-Overview/BERNINA-8-Series/BERNINA-830#!support). If that doesn’t work please contact your dealer who will be happy to help you.
