Wise words indeed - and yes, asking for help is very hard! I try to remind myself often that it’s never too late to start something new. Paying forward a kindness is something we can all do 😊👍

It is important to ask for help. Especially knowing our abilities become diminished without our fully realizing it.

I love being as independent as I can but will always ask 1 of our 4 kids to help if need. I am so blessed to have such a good family.

So hard for me to ask for help so I just muddle on, family are so busy with their own lives…Benny is adorable…

Unfortunately some of us end in brain 🧠 death with a strong body.
I am ready to accept my future physical activity limitations
I am not willing to accept living without my brain 🙃
This is my fear worse than death.
To be in this Hell.

Thank you for your wisdom. I'm In my late sixties and finding many things hard to understand - especially in my phone! Luckily I have a lovely daughter who helps me and jokes me out of my frustration! I've just subscribed and hope to hear more words of wisdom from you. Keep as well as you can xx
