Those shoes look like something a grandma sewed together
They’re just SB Blazers with reinforced DIY-esque patches on the toe and ollie area. The medial side of the shoe is perfectly, normally constructed.

I was looking at this one before I came here. So obviously the result isn't so great but honestly at my age I'm not planning to do any tricks on it I just wanted something to cruise around on and relive my teen years. It looks like it should be OK for that. Maybe with new wheels.

I tried the darkstar walmart complete a few months ago. It snapped on my first flatbar boardslide on the 1st day. Sooooo sad. But walmarts skate shoe, that stuff is fire!

Hyped on those indestructible laces for my ‘skate shoe’s
Just get a shop deck and mini logo grip, and the setup will be just over $110 and as a beginner the only thing you'll need to replace after a year will be the deck (more than one time) but hardware and truck and wheels are all good for at least a year

Lol you killed this one! Had me cracking up! I teach beginners how to skate on my channel and have looked at few cheaper boards to get them going. Found one that’s the deck only for $38 and I’ve been skating it for four months. I’m not good enough to abuse my setup like you do, but I’ve been darn impressed with it!

Guys I actually have this skateboard as a beginner and they do come a bit lose so u need to tight them up kinda works like with balance bugs it’s decent as I am a beginner

i'm mostly talking out of my ass, but if you're looking for a beginner budget-friendly setup, just a mini logo deck and wheels, any blank griptape, either thundera or indies, and bones 100s wheels.
Get a blind deck complete I got mine for 50$ on sale and even tho people call people who get complete poser dont listen it's usually cheaper
I just got one today.it was on clearance for 10$ at Walmart .now I know 0 tricks on it . anyway I don't know how to do sk8 tricks

Do you guys think it would be good to learn on? I have no idea how to even stand on one and get it rolling without falling. I imagine doing anything cool with this is a no-no, but for learning how to cruise around?
You would be better off spending the extra 20 to 40 dollars and getting an almost complete, blind complete, etc. I managed to grab an almost complete with tensor trucks for 64$ I bought one of these for my 7 year old though and its not bad for learning on in that regard. I'd recommend changing the bushings wheels and bearings for an adult. That's just my opinion.
