    Thank you for the recipe. I am in process of doing a test run now with a dozen chestnuts. How long will these stay before they need to be eaten? Do I refrigerate them or are they OK just being out? I assume since they are glazed they would last a while. Thanks in advance.

      Hi, im glad you’re trying it out. I think it’s best to eat them right away. If you think it’s not soft enough, maybe do another round of marination in the fridge and cook it. I did refrigerate from and let them thaw to room temp before eating. I hope this helps. Please let me know how it comes out!

      @@mamahongskitchen They came out great! Thank you for the recipe. They were delicious. I am going to make 36 for the holidays and gift them to a few people and have the rest on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Happy Holidays!
