Custom Cat has some awesome Faux leather patches that have a fake stitching that looks awesome! Prints are large and colorful. I like your approach and agree the backing gives it an upgraded look. Do they have leatherette with the fake stitching out there?
if you order the Supreme Pro hot peel DTF through Esentl's website then you you can do it with the adhesive which is recommended, watch my latest DTF on leatherette patches video all you need to do is tack the transfer in place ua-cam.com/video/rfzI1LsREUo/v-deo.html
not sure on that machine but your specs on that machine says it support these materials: Supported Materials Cardboard, wood, bamboo, rubber, leather, fabric, acrylic, plastic, etc.
Gotta love your educational value. Bet most folks don't realize what they should be asking themself about what you are trying to tell them. Best advise, buy one of those $150 Amazon hat presses, do a few cheap caps and you'll understand why the IQ 360 costs 10x.
thank you

I have it on my website esentlprintsupply.com, we add DTF to these types of patches all the time with actual stitching
When putting a dtf print on a leather or leathette patch should we be ordering it with or without adhesive?

What is the type of glue that is on the back of the leather patches?
Our own Griptec thermal adhesive (hot melt)
