One thing that I have learned since I bought my 360iq and started trying hats. Technique is 90% of it. And I’m still not there yet lol practice practice practice
Took me months but now finally I feel I am totally on top of it :)
practice always makes perfect, I always buy extra cheap .99 cent hats or discontinued hats to dial in my settings

Can you do Beanies as well or will they melt the spandex
you can definitely do beanies just use a 1st layer backing like or EconoFlock or EconoBrick and then the DTF as the 2nd payer to give it that patch look, you can order from econotransfer.com ...... #econotransfer

Great video! Thanks for sharing the information... Do they also do gang sheets for DTF? I'm looking for other options other than what I am currently using.
With supreme there is no need to gang sheet....you simply upload your images and they gang sheet it for you...their pricing is way less @ wholesale than most major companies out there

I'm thinking of buying that hat press. The dtf prints that I make the settings are 320 degrees 10sec
2nd press 3sec on a shirts. Would I use the same settings on hats?
Yes just with lower heat on the bottom platen on a 360IQ hat press, with heat sometimes on top and bottom, because of the lower heat you can at times decrease your upper heat, to balance out, but as long as you use a silicone mat you should be good to go...practice practice practice till you nail your settings

So I have to use a top and bottom heating heat press? My hat press only heats up from the top.
thats fine for DTF as it is a heat transfer and only requires top heat, if that is all you have
where can i purchase the black silicone protective pads you use...i have checked a couple places and cannot seem to find them
