This would’ve been such a huge hit in the 80’s. It’s a shame it will probably be lost on most of the current generation that don’t appreciate this type of music.

@@alexandriageiler687 The game producers have lost a lawsuit to the original scripter of the movie series. He alleged the fact that the game did not have his authorization and the creation of content in the game could hinder future sequels of the movie series. The game can continue with its servers and add new patches and fixes but is prohibited to create new additional content like new counselors, maps, new jasons and counselors skins and emotes. That actually killed the game and even though there is a small faithful community, the number of players has decresased on the course of the time. That is very sad because Friday the 13th The Game is actually a good game and on the contrary I think that the game revived the interest on the movie series specially on the new generations. Let's be honest that guy was a prick. I bet it was all because of money. The game was insanely popular at its release and he could have earned a lot of publicity and then make a new movie. Guess that he killed the golden eggs chicken.
sergiocfreire2010 yeah, what a prick ! I loved this game and played it all the time when it came out and recently got back into it. I was super surprised there was no new content but now it makes so much sense. Do you think there will ever be a chance for the game producers to appeal the case and possibly we could get new content ?
@@alexandriageiler687 I don't think so. It was the last juridical resource. The Company that developed the game even shut down the content department and let a small team for patching the game. But i think even that is over. The Last Patch was a year ago. The only think that keep the game alive is the passion of old players and new ones that ocassionally play the game in the console. There is also recurrent double xp bonus. The game is still playable, enjoy. The thing is that are a lot of experienced players, sometimes the skill gap is huge. But that is okay. The important is that we can still play it. I still find it a very good game. Enjoy.

I was excited for this game for a couple yeara before it was released and it became my favorite game at almost as soon as i started playing it. I met a lot of cool people i even still talk to this day through this game. This game holds so many memories for me it sucks what has happened to it and as i lost my love for it

Right before all three passengers have to bail out and flee into the woods because Jason just walked into the middle of the road, hucked an axe through the windshield and killed the driver.
(And yes, it is confirmed that YOU have to drive the truck out of Crystal Lake yourself, rather than insta-leaving when it's fixed. And I'm pretty sure Jason can drag people out of the car if he's close enough O_O)

XIII and Killer are applicable to Jason and/or the series as a whole, but I feel like this song is basically the counselors' theme. Especially when you're a high strength counselor looking to kill Jason, knowing full well he could easily tear you apart before you can even scratch him, let alone remove his mask. Great stuff!
