Found the context for the act vs rule utilitarianism clip, and also their arguments supposedly defending the ownership of cp, and can say it was wrong of me to assume Vaush's intentions.
However, the context for the latter isn't as exonerating as the former. I still think he's a bit reprehensible for owning the files in the first place, and for some acts of hypocrisy regarding said content and past comments regarding it, but admittedly they did not truly say that child-adult relationships would be ok. My bad, correcting my original comment.

If he was just some dude who has such drawings on his computer, I genuinely wouldn't care. It's weird, sure, but on its own that's kinda it. Differentiation between fantasy and reality, the mental separation of fantasy topics from the real to the point they cease being the same topic. It's why one's interests in fictional stuff doesn't necessarily determine anything about their interest in topics in reality, since those topics should be separated to the point they're not seen as the same topic at all. Drawn characters are objects, not people. It's when overlap shows that we can start to form questions, if we can find signs of projection, deflection, etc... and this is where all of Vaush's past statements come into play. Starting to remind me of how EDP ranted about drawings after his 'cupcake' situation.

Since it's not a real physical situation the psychological process is entirely different, and another layer of filtering is added if it's animated because then it's not seen as equivalent at all, giving it an appeal that is usually separated from the real due to differentiation between fantasy and reality, a mental process that begins developing around the age of 3. That process is the entire reason we can watch tv, movies, read books, play video games and such without thinking it's real nor equivalent of such.
In terms of psychology we can't really determine anything based on what sort of fiction someone is into. That by itself says nothing. This is why we seek overlap and projection to see if the interest is indeed a sign of something, which Vaush in this case definitely has plenty of.

Alright, So I normally try to stay far away from the lolicon discourse as much as I can. But the fact that it keeps showing up in cases such as this and Lerix, Flamenco, ect. make that near impossible to do.
Now I won't lie, I have been scrutinized in the past for giving a take on the subject that in hindsight hasn't aged well. It was something said out of pure ignorance, And if I had the foresight to know how bad it was gonna look I wouldn't have bothered. (TLDR: I said that somebody retweeting loli, And aged up characters wasn't morally objectionable, I still don't have an issue with the aged up stuff really but conflating it with loli was a BAD move on my part)
So in a sense I could maybe empathize with Vaush a little on that particular front, But here's the deal. I'm not into anime really, So I can't tell you what is or isn't loli from a first glance, I know what the definition says, And I'd argue that 95% of Twitter art looks like it. But otherwise I have no stake in the discourse, Nor the authority to lecture people. (Something tells me that weebs ain't gonna listen to the dude that likes Puddle Of Mudd's music anyway)
Vaush on the other hand has been publicly against that shit for his entire career (Ignoring the moments where he admits to consuming it), So the fact that he was caught with it on his hard drive is hilariously ironic.
I won't go as far as to say that MOST anti-loli discourse is projection, But there are cases such as this and MrSEN where its blatantly apparent.
Though honestly, I think all of the clips and previous allegations were enough to solidify Vaush as a freak anyway. The only thing saving him was being able to dismiss the claims as coming from bad faith actors. But he can't do that anymore. His reputation is finished.
