Judge Boyd is a queen. A QUEEN
The defendant is making excuses; and he is into his feelings instead of following the LAW!!! He resents women telling him the rules.."she needs to speak to me with respect ". He needs to learn to follow rules and the law. HE IS A BULLY and that is evident!!!!
Exactly!!!
I also get the feeling he is a bully and does not like persons in authority. You can't demand respect, you have to earn it.
If he doesn’t like the conditions of his conditional release, he should sit in jail
Judge Boyd is a Good Woman Judge. Thank you Judge Boyd for your service to our community.
I agree Judge Boyd's an excellent Jurist, but why would you state "Woman Judge" opposed to just "Jurist"?
Yes! Yes! Yes!👍🏿
Just say good judge, why did you need to say good women judge as if women judges aren’t good… such a backhanded compliment
PO not taking any shit and slinging it right back! Yes ma'am!
Absolutely! The judge really knows how to handle the situation with authority. It's fascinating to see how courtroom dynamics play out-do you have any favorite moments from the video?
@Karensincourt
Yes! The probation officer asking the lawyer if he's complaining that she gave the defendant more time to present himself!
My favorite part also!! @@Miranda-zq7eh
You can tell by his behavior at court that he's a problem probationer.
He’s a problem person. The man is a slob.
He is so in his ego. He doesn’t want to answer to a woman. Point blank and period.
That’s not it, they already said his last officer was a woman. I think she just went a lot easier on him.
Funny this judge sexist pig she has been investigated 3 accounts for hating men same crime she always lets women off give men 2 plus years . Maybe reason now days most hated people are libreal and woke biggots there reason why most western men past 5 years have stopped dating western woman there mentally bigots so broken your perfect example blurting out your hate men bs . To stupid look up background on judge how she clearly far left predator
She could be on a power trip. My friend had a CPS case worker who was the biggest C U Next Tuesday!!! She was a trainee when they first came to her house and ended up with the case. She was so mean, talked down to my friend, totally lied about her and she had no proof of the allegations made.
I totally disagree with that assertion. He didn't seem like someone who did not want to "answer to a woman". We would have seen in with the judge. Also, the GPS monitor was not messed with. I believe the wife 100% Sometimes things just go awry. It doesn't always have to have some nefarious intent.
BZZZZZZ. Shed is a PO Nazi
This guy is lying. It is not that hard to figure. He’s just trying to get around the system and play the victim.
He's not used to being told no.
this clown dislikes women
Yup throwing a damn tantrum.
Since the gps is such a problem maybe he would rather be in jail
That would certainly solve that problem. Just too much complaining. And cannot answer a “yes” or “no” question. He’s way too busy physically showing this piece of equipment in lieu of simply answering questions. Hmmm
Dudes a damn cry baby. 😂😂
Officer Valadez, bravo !
He doesn’t want to follow instructions from a woman! He is retired military he should know he is required to follow instructions!
That’s exactly what it is!!!! He didn’t want to listen to themselves pontificate Judge either!!
It is simply bizarre when you’re on house arrest for ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON,and you get all persnickety about how a probation officer has bad phone manners.
Their 16-year-old could have certainly stayed by himself with the dog at home. I guess they had to make up whatever they could
peanut butter and jelly.. cheese and crackers.. oodles of noodles
I mean idk. My brother was finally allowed to use the stove at 16 and he put on noodles- started watching tv in the basement and forgot about them. At 4am. I happen to wake up to get water to find the noodles burning 😂😂😂😂 so I’d say MOST 16 year olds 😂
He is the one that broke the law. He is the one who put his family in this situation. He is the one period. And now he whines about the complications that yes may arise. Stop whining. It's all your doing from the very beginning. And respect needs to be earned. He's a huge baby. 😏
yes, and why is wife burdened, so why does she get the burden of driving him, such excuses i bet they promised at sentencing...wife hyperventilating lol hahaha lying wife
@@Foxsuper1Do you know what fior better or worse means? You do realize people make mistakes right? Or Do you live in a bubble of perfectness?
Oh stop it. People make mistakes. Or Do you live in a bubble of perfectness?
Serious charges…if you want to be on a monitor and live 3hrs+ away from SA… deal with it or go back to living in the jail. Seems to me that all the burden is falling on the wife…she’s juggling everything. I feel for the wife.
@@Foxsuper1she might be trying to justify it…but the defendant is probably a huge whiney pain in the aas!!!
I’m so tired of the defense attorney referring to the defendant as a dis@bled Vet 🙄🙄. Trying to solicit special treatment or undue leniency. You lose the respect bestowed upon veterans when you start being vil£nt towards innocent civilians.
Well acting like a two year old must be disabling
@ 😂😂 clearly. My son throws the same kinda tantrum when I don’t allow him to put his hands in the toilet
This defendants attorney thinks he can bully Judge Boyd and again if this was a male Judge this would not be happening. You don't have to come into accusing people like an ahole. How about inquiring and asking about issues that arise. No he comes in acting like a jerk. 😏
He's also a pr**k. Women in control are threatening to them both
100%
He really stood there and tried to “mansplain” to these two women, the judge and po” how to do their jobs. Ugh🙄
It definitely felt like there was a disconnect in how he approached the situation. It's interesting to see how dynamics unfold in the courtroom, especially regarding authority and respect. What did you think about how the judge handled that moment?
@@Karensincourt As usual Judge Boyd handled the disrespect with class. She let him know that he had overstepped, and that it wouldn’t be tolerated. She put him in his place without showing anger, or being condescending. I’ve seen other judges deal with similar behavior from defendant and react out of emotion. For example, I love judge Bryant, but she is quick to become visibly angry when she feels disrespected. She will raise her voice, and at times she can be very passively aggressive. She will also speak to adult defendants like they’re children and be very condescending. Judge Boyd is always professional and doesn’t let the bad and/or disrespectful behavior of others make her act out of character.
I love how she controls her courtroom. One Step at a time.
Absolutely! The judge has a remarkable way of maintaining order and guiding the proceedings thoughtfully. It's fascinating to see how each step contributes to the overall process. What specific moments stood out to you?
I know that’s right 😅
he's so angry
@sarahmjfan
Probly why he assaulted with a deadly weapon originally.
Yeah. He refers to the officer as “this woman “. Very respectful
You can see why she wants to speak to the wife. She’s probably more reasonable
This judge is AMAZING ! What a brain she has ! Put those two men in their CORRECT PLACES…….i think they both learned something here. We all did….
Absolutely! The judge's ability to convey important lessons while maintaining authority is impressive. It certainly highlights the impact courtroom interactions can have on defendants and the public alike. What specific moment stood out to you most in the video?
What a huge waist of time. The solution is simple, follow the bond conditions or sit in jail.
*waste.
He doesnt like answering to a woman . thats what it is
It's interesting to consider how gender dynamics can play out in courtroom interactions. What specific moments made you feel that way in this case? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
@@Karensincourt He attempts to denigrate her several times, feels she is supposed to speak to him a certain way. Just because she's a woman, she's supposed to cater to him, asking him questions not expecting him to be an adult and speak up if he has healthy concerns.
Right
That defense attorney is the defendants worse enemy
That's an interesting perspective! Defense attorneys often face tough situations, especially when the evidence is stacked against their clients. What do you think could improve the defense strategy in such cases?
defense attorney client is the enemy
I think he is doing the best he can to defend his client, and has made some very good points. He’s doing his job.
@@Karensincourt I really believe that this attorney is not acting in a professional manner. His attitude seems to reflect his personal ego towards other people. He made false accusations against the officer and said that she called him a bad name. I was just shocked when I heard that attorney claim that in court. I felt like he should be under advisement for ethical violations. I have zero legal knowledge, so I want to make that clear. I just don’t understand how this lawyer is able to continue with this type of irresponsible behavior where he even felt offended by being called a name.
I think this so called narrative of claiming the “victim card” at all times has to be eliminated from this lawyer’s attitude. When he is in a court room defending a criminal who is following his orders, and his orders are not a legal option, then this client is being misled and mistreated.
This attorney has given a false narrative that includes making up unreasonable accusations against everyone else involved, rather than taking accountability for their actions. I feel like he should take some Continuing Education courses in the legal profession.
@@barbaramay1866Do you believe it’s acceptable to make false accusations about the parole officer calling the attorney bad names? Do you think it’s okay for him to be so personally offended about something that has nothing to do with this case? This attorney has shown his true colors when he whined about being labeled a redneck. Why was he playing the victim when this case has nothing to do with his personal feelings.
As the judge mentioned, this is a legal condition for him to follow this GPS contract, instead of being behind bars. It’s a privilege to have this GPS, and he chooses to live far away. I
He is a whiner. Dang! So being a disabled vet allows him to get away with breaking the laws?
It’s definitely an intense moment! Emotions can run high in court, especially during probation revocation cases. What did you think about the judge's approach? Any specific moments that stood out to you?
Maybe his ankle is sore because he tried to tamper with it.
My thoughts exactly.
or all those stops at the burger place.. gas station and blah blah
That was my first thought also.
Oh, brother, what a bunch of nonsense. A guy who gives so many detailed reasons to explain how he cannot tamper with his device instead of saying he has not tampered with it is suspect.
He thinks he’s being treated poorly because they are holding him accountable for his actions!
He commits the crimes but thinks he deserves to be treated like a little princess and be aloud to do what he wants whenever he wants. Judge Boyd is clearly fed up with his shenanigans!! 😂
Absolutely! It's fascinating to see how some defendants can struggle with accountability, despite their actions. The judge's exasperation is pretty evident, and it adds a unique layer to courtroom dynamics. What do you think might help in similar cases to encourage personal responsibility?
This defense attorney is a jerk. Trying to play the vet card, your client is also a jerk
It's understandable to feel frustrated with the behavior of the attorney and the defendant in this situation. Courtroom dynamics can be tense! What specifically about their actions stood out to you as particularly problematic?
You’re not a victim homie. Don’t do crime bro
Poor sad little man. I hope his wife bows down and calls him King. PO is not your friend fool.
Don't keep using Vet as if it's an excuse for being a jerk
It's definitely a challenging situation for the defendant. The dynamics of feeling powerless in court can evoke a strong reaction. What are your thoughts on how judges can best handle these types of confrontations?
If he doesn’t want the device go to prison. You screwed up deal with it.
The defendant is a cry baby
It's interesting to see how emotions can run high during court proceedings. What do you think might lead someone to react that way in such a serious situation?
@@Karensincourthe wants to be coddled and his way
Eagle Pass to San Antonio is 2 hours and 18 minutes. She gave them more than enough time
He’s a damn cry baby. 😂
The wife's story changed as she was telling it.
And you see the judge caught on to it too.
When the officer tells you to come in come in, she doesn’t need to beg you or sweet talk you just get in to where you’re supposed to be so you just stay out of prison or jail either
Just lock him up since the gps bothers him so much.. this way he doesn't have to cry about wearing it
Dude definitely lost any future Burger enjoyment.
As he should.
I'm literally yelling at the screen " bro shut up!!!"😂 You wanna go home or not Jesus
Exactly because he can go to jail while they wait for his trial
That guy is definitely twitchy and constantly interrupting. Hard to watch. And yes he doesnt like to be told especially by any woman period!
It's interesting to see how body language can reveal a lot about a person's feelings, isn't it? The dynamic in the courtroom can definitely be intense, especially during confrontations. What did you think about the judge's approach in handling the situation?
@@Karensincourtshe handled it like a boss. She gave the defendant a opportunity to speak and cut him off at the right time. The constant interrupting was annoying
Maximum range of an excuse is 0 , ZERO
Excuse after complaint after excuse after waaaaaa😭. This guy just trying to make himself a professional victim.
It sounds like you have strong feelings about the situation! It's interesting to see how defendants respond under pressure. What do you think could have been a better approach in this scenario?
Oh for goodness sake grow up! Tell your lawyer to show more respect too!
This guy is complaining that he’s restricted in travel and daily life, having issues with the monitor, and issues with the reporting officer - but he never brings up what got him there: him.
It’s gps monitoring.
It’s meant to be restricting.
You broke the law and so your civil liberties were restricted until deemed necessary.
Are some officers no nonsense? Yes, comes with the job. Can some officers be sexist? Yes - but what proof do you have she has been? All I can see is she just following the rules to the book and he has a problem with that….and giving the unsaid opinion it’s because she’s a women.
Why else would he attempt to compliment the judge?
There is one very easy solution and that is remove the ankle monitor and place him in jail.
You raise a valid point about the effectiveness of probation measures like ankle monitors. In some cases, judges may consider a return to jail if they feel the conditions of probation aren't being followed. What do you think would be the most effective approach for similar cases?
I would have loved to see the defense attorney reprimanded for overriding the rules of probation (and thus of the court). Not only did he give his client shit advice, he then tried to turn the hearing into a witch hunt against the probation officer, who was just doing her job. How he could keep up that smug attitude after it became clear that all this was HIS fault is beyond me.
Would LOVE to have seen her order a rapid drug test on him ... He is VERY FIDGETY. Can't stop touching his hands, can't stand still...
It's certainly interesting to observe body language in court, as it can sometimes indicate a lot about a person's state of mind. A rapid drug test could definitely add another layer of insight during such proceedings. What specific behaviors stood out to you the most?
He could be on medication for PTSD being a veteran. We don't honestly know what he's thinking or going through.
Meth head!
what an emotional permanent victim family 🙄
The attorney is horrible too
Oh, attorney in CYA mode.
awesome... get to work and back home or jail
If you are on an ankle monitor confined into your home it’s because you did something pretty bad and this probation officer is keeping the community safe by making sure that you, sir do not go out and harm the community. These are called consequences for your actions. If you don’t like it, you can wait for your trial in the jail system.
You raise an important point about the consequences of one’s actions and the role of probation in community safety. It's crucial for the justice system to balance accountability with support. What do you think could improve the probation process for defendants?
He looks so Angry
Them 2 are perfect for each other .
dumb and dumber
The laws don’t apply to him!
Defense attorney needs to relax. It’s good he has passion for his client but the guy is over the top defensive. He’s so trying to prove the p. officers fault, he appears condescending and arrogant.
I know he’s still presumed innocent but they were honestly just silly to not just go to the jail. If he went there he probably would’ve had them inspect it and then they’d let him out.
why can’t the cops from his town check it?
That man's scary , don't think he has no common sense
He will offend again. He doesn't like women who have any kind of power
hes ain't scary.. he's a bully.. and these two court appointed women ain't having his shyt
I dispise this lawyer He lies ,he tells his clients to ignore and break the law when he is ordered to come in ,he blamed her for the Gps companies signal .
Unprofessional attorney with a thug client. Put client in jail and sanction lawyer.
putting his wife on the chopping block.. using the wife as a shield.. suddenly its her fault for not driving to SA.. but hubby can drive to burger world
I feel like this man child needs a tiny violin playing in the background.
It does seem like the defendant was trying to garner sympathy rather than take accountability. What do you think would be a more effective approach in his situation?
Did the defense attorney bend the rules or break the law?
Is the defense attorney lying?
He certainly misinformed his client. The client is on probation because he is a violent criminal; he is ultimately responsible for where he is in life. His attorney made a mistake.
@@user-bo1rj2xu2s I respectfully disagree agree that it was a mistake. This lawyer showed his true character when he knew he was being held accountable for his dishonest legal advice that he gave to his client. He just played the victim card and blamed everyone else for their own mistakes, without taking any real accountability for his clients misconduct. At the end of the case, the criminal who is on parole/probation tried to claim that he was being mistreated because of his choice to live in the country.
This lawyer misled this guy and clearly he coached him to act like he is the victim and blame everyone else for being a criminal.
But your honor she didn't say please, she didn't hold my hand or tell me I'm a good boy. I'm just a big baby I need my pacifier and someone to change me!!😂😅 🍼👶
what a liar complainer etc basically a complaint aboyt every aspect so put him in jail.
It's definitely frustrating to see someone who seems to complain about everything, especially in a courtroom setting. It raises interesting questions about how the legal system handles individuals who might not take accountability for their actions. What do you think should be done in situations like this?
excuses..excuses..blah..blah..blah... excuses vs accountability
Why is it that the officer, in this case, seems to be fighting back laughter as the judge reprimands the defendant.
"You know he has medical issues." If those issues impede his driving, he shouldn't be driving.
Please change your channel name. Maybe Clowns In Court? If my name was Karen I'd be sooo over it.
That's an interesting suggestion! The name definitely adds a humorous twist, but the focus is really on the serious aspects of the courtroom. What aspects of courtroom drama interest you most?
2025 Karen is so old now
8pm and she waited until 12 am to violate him give me a break this lawyer should be disbarred !
She is good, the attorney could not shake her.
Hard to talk with your hands Cuffed🙃
This guy is a hot grad- wouldn’t doubt he’s physical with that anger!
HE has the sheer audacity to pontificate about her bad attitude? He sounds like a 2 y/o that needs a nap. He could be, probably should be in prison. Sometimes you should count your blessings and keep your mouth shut.
Maybe I'm losing it, but when I Google Eagle Pass to San Antonio, it reads 2H 24M 143 miles. Is there serious construction or was the 4H grace due to it being Memorial weekend?
I'd love to see the atty defend the fact he told his big baby client to not show up.
That's an interesting angle! It raises questions about the attorney-client dynamics and the strategies they employ. What do you think could be the reasoning behind the attorney advising the client not to show up?
Right! I don’t think the attorney should be able to do that. Then to say oh she was being mean because he needed him to come in to get checked and he didn’t want to. Is crazy work. Dude a damn cry baby. 🙄😂😂😂 She wont let me do what i want.
Unless their son has a disability, he can totally stay home alone at the age of 16. Hell, at age 10, I could be lost in my GameCube and forget I'm home alone.
It's great to hear your perspective! Many people have differing views on the age at which teens can responsibly stay home alone. What specific factors do you think should be considered when deciding whether a minor is ready for that responsibility?
He needs a new lawyer
This lawyer lied straight to the judges face about this entire situation .oh Bar ........
This man is telling the truth in my opinion based only what I personally have witnessed. Only concerning that company calling at all hours, it finally did end and they did replace his leg band.
i wonder who his victim is.. Hes wife has a forever bully in her bed
If you’re on a gps and are only allowed to go to work, how the hell are you supposed to be able to eat if they won’t even let you go to a supermarket? Do they expect you to starve? The US justice system is truly draconian. “Nein! You must not buy ze food, das is verboten!”
It’s not like he lives alone the wife can grocery shop. I’m sure if he did live on his own they would make allowances for things like the grocery store, but in this situation, it was not necessary and he committed a very violent offense
Just the way he keeps messing with his handcuffs, I can see why they may have thought it has been tanpered with . Imo, he did have time to get to SA if he had not wasted time with his dogs, his attorney, his 16 y.o. son, etc.
@ 55:13. Yeah no shit you’d take the same position. Only cause you just got absolutely shit on for 10 minutes straight. Official oppression, I don’t think I have ever heard that in court but it sure was stupid
She is absolutely harassing him by the smirk 😏 on her face. However, he would be begging for this treatment if the other option is prison! She knows all the tricks to pick on the people she chooses. Probation has a ROTTEN EGG in its basket! There r bad PO's just like there r bad cops etc. Judge Boud needs to sniff these bad eggs out a bit better. All things aside, great ruling!
It's interesting to see how the dynamics in the courtroom can really impact the overall atmosphere, isn't it? The judge's demeanor often sets the tone for the proceedings. What do you think could improve the situation for defendants in similar scenarios?
@Karensincourt She shouldn't take the side of the state in these matters. FACTS & HUMAN nature say it all!
Now all 3 are lying .😂
He shouldbe in jail - and his stupid lawyer lawyer should be in their with him..
44:00 👏🏽 👏🏽 🎉🎉
I know someone that these people calling all hours, I witnessed it personally and I’m not a criminal. This person I know is older and I felt bad for him. They would call him early in the morning and throughout the day.
Yes, I'm not sure. I disagree with the assessment that "she's doing things by the book." While there is nothing wrong with her operating in that manner, her dismissiveness towards the person with the ankle monitor, or her unwillingness to speak with him regardless of whether he's hostile, suggests to me that she has a character flaw. There are ways to avoid arguments or to compromise. I see none of that with the officer.
You've raised a valid point about the importance of communication and de-escalation in these situations. While the judge may follow protocol, the human element-like empathy-can significantly impact interactions in the courtroom. How do you think the officer could have handled the situation differently?
@ I’m referring to the officer not the judge
The one at fault here is the lawyer. He’s trying to prove that he’s boss over everyone. Just guy might try for a new lawyer. And this guy wants the women to be submissive to him. So this is just gonna go on with more going to court.
It sounds like you have a strong opinion about the lawyer's conduct. Legal representation can certainly impact the dynamics in court. What specific actions do you think would help improve the situation for the defendant?
Boo hoo, don't get criminal charges.
It's always better to stay on the right side of the law! The challenges defendants face during probation revocation can be quite serious. What do you think are the most common reasons for probation violations?
Dude this lawyer just sucks. I kinda feel for him, but that doesn't hold up
Judge Boyd, as always, makes a reasonable decision.
My take on the case is that this was two aholes butting heads. The defendant is a bully and doesn’t like authority, especially from a woman.
Ms Valdez has zero people skills or empathy and is also an ahole. She got pissed he copped an attitude and was not inclined to be flexible. The thing is… she has the authority and she has the right to be an ahole if she wants to. So… she wins that pissin contest.
I feel empathy for the defendant… to be given only 4 hours to make a 3.5 hour drive when they needed to make arrangements before leaving is unreasonable… especially on a holiday weekend.
If I was the Judge I would have loved to have asked this question…
If he had driven there, but got there in 4.5 hours because of holiday traffic, and the technician was gone… what would have happened?
Would they have just sent him home and told him to come back on Monday? Would they have called a technician and made them come in? Would they have jailed him for the weekend?
I have friends who work in the system, one owned a GPS monitoring company. Those things DO malfunction regularly and some companies do not care about maintaining them well because they sometimes make more money if they have to check or recalibrate, replace, etc., depending on their contract with the state. Each contract is different. The point though is… knowing malfunctions happen, in an unusual situation like this one, if the officer can verify the location of the defendant through other means (for instance Google maps location sharing on their phone), it should be standard practice to simply address technical errors the next business day. The ONLY important thing is verifying location… not seeing how much you can make puppet dance.
This whole ordeal was a colossal waste of everyone’s time and money when all it needed was Ms Valdez to have better problem solving skills.
You should rewatch the whole video. You're too emotional and personal. One example he should have gone was because he signed a form agreement to maybe be inconvenient by having to come in at "random" times. Rather, he was there the whole weekend or not he could just do jail time where he can receive medical help and not be inconvenienced by Ms. Valdez.
I was wondering how nice he was when he committed the offense? He probably was "aggrevated" lol
Okay...
defense attorney makes a huge issue that she called him to come in and and then berates her for doing her job as she is supposed to. He questions why, knowing the defendant is a disabled vet (10 times maybe he said that), has medical issues and financial issues and his wife had to get things set up before they left - FFS - it's not her job to be his nursemaid nor is she his servant.. she is a PAROLE officer doing her job. Of course she isn't going to call a judge at 5pm on a Friday for permission to put out a warrant - it's already pre-assigned as a result of his actions. He signed he would come in, he needs to come in. She didn't bypass the judge, she followed the rules and called magistrate.
The defendant is the one facing trial for his violent acts.. the PO is not. She is doing her job, she doesn't have to be touchy-feely, she doesn't need to be nice, she just has to do her job as best she can.
The defense attorney WAY WAY overstepped his authority by telling his client to NOT go in to get his monitor checked.. Attorney needs to be sanctioned because as an officer of the court he purposely told his client to ignore a direct request to come in (per the papers he signed) for his strap tamper alert. Officer Valdez called because she received a strap tamper call and she did her job.
You've shared some insightful observations about the dynamics between the probation officer and the defense attorney. It raises important questions about the responsibilities and boundaries in such roles. What do you think are the best practices for attorneys when advising their clients about compliance issues?
Lawyer and defendant mad at everyone except his own bad legal advice.
It's definitely a tense dynamic in courtroom situations like this. Legal representation can significantly impact a case, and emotions often run high when outcomes aren't what individuals hoped for. What are your thoughts on how the judge handled the confrontation?
@Karensincourt She did great. I have learned from her personally how to say cool in the heat, lol. One issue at a time....and then off the record, she gives a break down on how he "tried it" and failed miserably. As she sips her drink and makes situations light eventually. I think she said anyone can get a sunburn 🤔. On the alleged derogatory comment about the lawyer.
It's crazy 3 hours travel time. Granted the person was released from jail, and this is a condition. Is 3 hours reasonable?
Traveling three hours can feel excessive, but whether it’s reasonable often depends on the specifics of probation conditions and local resources. Conditions are generally designed to ensure compliance while considering practicality. What do you think would be a more reasonable travel time?
Something closer, in my mind this makes it very difficult. If the courts order something like this, I believe more facilities should be added. How hard is it to verify compliance? I knew a gentleman who had to put breathalyzer's in his vehicles. He had a company. One of the vehicles had to have the transmission replaced. He called the DMV and notified them. Later he got a notification he was out of compliance. I understand justice should be served. However...
Was he working on his car or tampering with the strap before he cussed with so much respect on speaker?
Appreciate his service, but not his lies. His mental issues must be at full tilt boogie.
And his wife's lies.
And probably his jackhole ambulance chaser who tells him to defy the letter of the law.
What a whiner.
It seems you have strong feelings about this situation. What are your thoughts on how defendants respond during probations or hearings? It can be a complex issue!
has he snubbed his gps demands; is this just another clear case of a defendant with the can't help its or won't do it's
Everyone speak up if you care….crickets.
It sounds like you're looking for more engagement from the community about these important court proceedings. What are your thoughts on the judge's approach? I'd love to hear your perspective!
