As a Chicago Bears fan for 45 years it seems like some people on ESPN is trying to push an agenda . Justin Fields is a terrible quarterback and not a NFL franchise quarterback. It seems like some people don’t want the Bears to draft Caleb because they know he will be good . RG3's points is baesd off of people that were fired from the Chicago Bears organization. Nagy and Pace were both fired because of how poorly they handled Justin Fields rookie season and the fact that Pace chose Trubisky over Mahomes and Watson. There is a completely different regime in charge of the Bears today. Coaches, GM, and team president were all hired in Fields second year and under them Fields made clear improvements from his second to third season. The only reason the Bears are trading Fields is because they have the Panthers #1 pick, if not for that pick Fields would still be in Chicago.

Are all coaches the same to you guys? Head coach is brought in to win games by their strategy. If their strategy doesn't work, they of course should go. Not every coach is Nick Saban, Bill Parcell or Phil Jackson. No coaches can develop a Patrick Maholmes, Aaron Rodgers, Steve Young, Joe Montana, or Tom Brady. They are all-natural born talent. They all shine the minute they took the field. If the Chicago Bulls can develop a BJ Armstrong into Michael Jordan, they would already. RGIII uses dumb excuses for a player not to go there because of the short-term coach. Dan Marino only had one Head coach his entire career and he never won one Super Bowl. There are numbers of coaches who took their team to the Super Bowl within their first two years with the franchise.
