2 Quick things about Nacho Libre,
I think the film is honestly even better the more you dig into those old Movies staring Famous Luchadors like “El Santo” & “Blue Demon”. It feels like a parody & Tribute to those kinds of films and since I grew up catching those on Sundays when my dad was watching Spanish Movie channels it definitely hits that nostalgic part of my brain.
Also in unfortunate news Actor & real life Luchador César Cuauhtémoc González Barrón (real name), who played Main Villain Ramses in the film as well as had several Luchador Personas over the years (2 notable ones being Black Tiger III & Silver King) passed away last year of a heart attack.
Appearing in multiple films, Wrestling Rings, and had even held several Tag Team Titles over the years he will be remembered all over Mexico & Japan for his great performances in the ring and in the case of Nacho Libre for introducing a lot of Americans to Mexican Wrestling outside of an Episode of Mucha Lucha... Rest In Peace Champ

I know that he isn't an actor (AFAIK) but another Luchador Jesús Alfonso Huerta Escoboza, aka La Parka (or La Parka II to distinguish from the original La Parka) died back in January from an in-ring injury sustained in July.
He was one of the biggest names to be in AAA (the biggest lucha promotion in Mexico with CMLL usually in 2nd place) through the late 90s into the 2000s and 2010s. He held numerous titles in AAA as well as being a one-time DDT Pro-Wrestling Ironman Heavymetalweight Champion (don't ask. please) and should be remembered fondly even through the controversy of the La Parka name.

Ah, finally Nacho Libre, the movie the oscar winning film, Joker, was secretly a remake of.
(Edit) Call me Mr. Fantastic if this sounds too much of a stretch but both films do in fact share many similarities the more you think about it.
    1. Both protagonists are born into a life that they don't have a strong drive for but make the most of it they can for others. Even though people around them make it difficult for them to do so. Nacho's life in the church and Arthur's life with his mother.
    2. Both protagonists aspire to be a respected and public figure like their idols they see on TV. Nacho's idolization of Ramses and Arthur's idolization of Murray.
    3. Both protagonists have a life changing event that occur during the night-time. This event forever alters them and boosts their confidence. Nacho's first match and Arthur's train encounter.
    4. Both protagonists suffer delusions of grandeur as a result of this boost in confidence. Nacho's newly found wealth and Arthur's newly found confidence.
    5. At one point in the film, both protagonists break into and confront high-ranking figures of their area during a social event, disguised as workers. Nacho breaking into the party at Ramses' and Arthur breaking into the opera house Thomas Wayne was at.
    6. Both protagonists go through a second life changing event that cements their new found identity. Nacho's hawk ritual and Arthur's realization he's adopted.
    7. Both protagonists rise up and become symbols for the impoverished and defeat their idols at the film's finale. Nacho defeating Ramses and Arthur killing Murray.
    8. Both get beat up in an alleyway.

I'm disappointed that Pan didn't mention that in Barnyard there is a recently widowed pregnant cow that Otis hits on and she gives birth to a son who they name Ben.
Though she's missing in the show yet her son is there.

I thought in the show that the son wasn’t present but the widowed cow still is there except Otis and that cow’s relationship ship is new.
The show had a really weird continuity compared to the movie

@@bobbyferg9173 ) the character was completely different in the show and had a different name, weird....
also, fun fact: in Swedish, Otis has the same voice actor as Patrick Star.

I love how similar the opening to Barnyard is to Toy Story. Everyone just comes to life and makes small talk after the humans leave, do a staff meeting and a stunt with a ramp.

Oh my gosh, your Charlotte's Web portion was so damn wholesome. I would agree that you should check out the book, but maybe listen to it on audiobook if you're not a big reader. I'm so glad you're still doing this series and I would agree that the timing in this one is on point.

I actually had pretty bad arachnophobia as a kid (still do) but for some reason live action charlotte never freaked me out. I got way more freaked by the flying spider babies at the end.

I remember going to the theater to see Spiderwick and loving it. Years later I couldn't find it again and always got it confused with Bridge to Terabithia since it has a foresty setting with kid protagonists and a mystical title and then then I later found that that movie is about a girl dying and still couldn't find what this movie was... Until now.

Rango is such a bizarre yet well made movie that I didn’t fully appreciate when I first watched it.
The Last Airbender movie on the other hand is something that always has and always will be utter trash

@@bobbyferg9173 Rango I didn't like as a kid, but growing up iv'e grown to appreciate it. It's a amazing tribute to Westerns, with great animation, and character designs. The reason why people don't like it is It's not kids movie, It's a movie for adults.

Not Chuck Productions Actually it’s Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging, Hotel for Dogs, Imagine That, and The Last Airbender that are all next. Not a good list of films lol.
