Love shopping for 1-3 million properties with you even though I could never afford it. 😅 just bought my house 2 years ago ik the netherlands and super happy with it, even though it's not that luxurious. :-)
So hyped for this series. I’ve been wanting to buy a Bellevue condo for a while now and also enjoy your vids. Mira would be cool to cover since they might be the only condos that aren’t priced absurdly. Mari is asking like 800k for 550sq ft 😅
Great video! The apartment looked very nice and the amenities were nice too. Liked the dog run as well, do most condo buildings have dog runs/ are pet friendly?
Hi! Monica, I’m considering relocating to Seattle from abroad and have school-aged kids. Could you recommend neighborhoods known for great school districts and family-friendly vibes? Your insights would be a huge help as we plan our move. Thanks!
Lake Washington School District (Bellevue, Kirkland) is top of the list, but also most expensive to live in. Sammamish #2 (also expensive). Shoreline is nice and more affordable. If your looking for Seattle proper Magnolia/Queen Anne have pretty good public options, Coe Elementary in Queen Anne is a 10/10.
@@monicachurchrealtor Thank you so much for taking the time to share these recommendations-they're exactly what we needed! We'll definitely reach out when we start our home search. Thanks again for your kindness! 😊
Hi Monica, I have a 2 beds condo of Firstlight, conner unit 2006, I would like to do assignment sales before completion, I bought in 2018 @ 1.4 million only, I want to sell at same price. Able to help?
Boise was a wfh state now it’s not. Florida has insurance issues because of severe weather and companies pulling out. Austin was overpriced because it was a speculative tech hub. Which it is not that interesting. Small city.
@@sterlingmarshel6299 Miami hasn't meaningfully dropped in good areas (Coral Gables). I was recently checking Idaho prices and they're still sky high and going up again. WA is definitely going up because everyone is rich here and professional jobs are here.
I live in WA, Bellevue is my old stomping grounds. The prices are going up everywhere in our state, even east of the mountains. Available real estate is at a premium right now.
I'm sorry a 1 bed room for $800k I could buy an amazing house in the Midwest with everything I want and even a new build... with so many bedrooms and bathrooms a pool etc... He'll no.. I could never buy a condo..
What view ??? I didn’t see any mountain 🏔️ at all !!! All I saw was that ugly crass glass thing out there !!! Excuse me but WHO Can Afford Those Prices ???
I absolutely Hate those horrible all glass apartment buildings in downtown Seattle on Denny !!!! They are ALL CRAMMED IN AND TAKE UP TOO MUCH SPACE AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RHYME NOR REASON TO THAT UGLY MESS !!!!!!
@@sterlingmarshel6299 Wrong, they're full of low level worker bees at Amazon. All the higher level folks live in single family homes that they own on the Eastside and maybe a few of the nice areas in Seattle.

I don’t even live in Seattle. I just like listening to your voice.
So do I😌
SIMP
May I ask what specifically you like about her voice?
Monica, Nice review and thank you for sharing all of the things about this building. Love your B roll and this video was well put together.
Thank you so much!
Thank you Monica, Great content, nice to learn more about Seattle. You've come along way in the Real Estate business.
I appreciate that!
I've seen some Condo's have more closet space than houses. You would think it would be the other way around. Nice showing.
Hey Monica, love the real estate content now you are back in Seattle. Hope all is well!
Thank you Matt!
Thanks for sharing! More East Side tours if you get a chance! 🙌🏻
Nice video Monica!

Great Video, Monica!
You should do Avenue East. I am a big fan of buildings that use balconies to create shape.
Thanks for your sharing, really want to know more about real estate!
Washington Square and Bellevue Towers next please.

Yes, many do. Especially ones built in the last 4ish years, they’ve been very mindful of being pet friendly.
Damn, I walk around that park all the time. I really missed a rare Monica sighting. *snaps fingers*
Very informative!!!!!!!
What include in HOA?

"Look out at the ever changing Bellvue skyline" - aka a building site lol.
Smokey? Were there forest fires, or is it just another term for cloudy/overcast?
Smoke from forest fires, not sure where from. Possibly BC?
Are prices still going up in WA? Austin, TX, Florida, and Boise, ID prices are starting to go down.

Unfortunately, the property tax in Austin is also very high! Twice as much annually as many other places.

Imagine paying $1.6million for an average 1BR and not even having a yard, plus a view of construction.
Imagine you and your wife making 250k each in tech and not caring.
@@zunedog31everyone cares.
This that BS NY model way overpriced
It's going to overprice every body else in the community out of Washington meanwhile you're ok

I love Bellevue but those prices 😢
I will create future videos on entry level spots in Bellevue as well!
Ah yes, super affordable downtown Bellevue 😂😂😂
She never said affordable but ok
1.6 million for a 2 bed room 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Welcome to Bellevue.. 😅

They will be full of "illegal guests" soon.
Everyone in Bellevue can. Ugly to you and it’s your opinion
You gotta make a fat, juicy paycheck to live in a condo in downtown Bellevue. only people with high income can afford it.
