I love Bumble's work ethic. He obviously enjoys his job. I had a dog who was very similar. At the time we lived near a rubbish dump. The seagulls would land on the grass in the park outside my garden. My dog worked for 15 yrs as a seagull enforcement officer. He never took a day off and chased them several times a day.
I'm just waiting for that one time when Bumble darts into a cabinet/wardrobe and gets shut in, thus giving rise to the term "Bumble-Sized Cupboard." 🤣 This is the first ("sort of") reverse layout I can remember seeing that has the saloon at the very back. And I rather like it as you still can have passengers close when you're at the helm cruising along and they can't/don't want to sit on the benches there next to you (maybe they don't trust those bean burritos you had for lunch). Or if you have more passengers than can fit on those benches there next to you. She'll make someone very happy, no doubt about it. Look to see her under offer before the week's out.
What a sweet boat. Hate the carpet but like the rest. Except the sink in the bathroom. With it sticking out like that I walk out of the shower right into that sucker. Great price, too.
Needs paint, or a good detailing outside. I'd call this a true reverse layout, swapping everything. I like having the saloon in the stern, instead of going straight into the kitchen. Like the oven/broiler/fridge layout. Spin dryer is nice but I'd rather have a normal washer. Nice bathroom except for the cassette loo. Bedroom has lots more storage than I expected, but the railing in front needs to be taken out. Overall, a good boat that wouldn't need a lot of work, at a price that is affordable
I think prices are lowering because they are getting expensive to live on, inflated fuel and food prices, it all adds up. Seems to be more coming to market.
If the kitchen is in the middle isn’t that the true definition of reverse layout? Regular layout is fore to aft salon kitchen, bedroom…. So wouldn’t true reverse layout simply swap bedroom for salon? Instead of bedroom salon kitchen?
@@davidpearson243 does shouting help????? Geese take a chill pill…. Of course I had the sound on…. How else could I be reacting to what he said? Do you usually ask dumb questions? One of my absolute favorites, just because it has got my dream layout !!!

Annnnnnnnnnnnnd... didn't have to wait all the way to the weekend. 🤣 Congratulations to whoever may be the new owners.
The first boat in ages that is actually slightly less than my guestimate.
Ok, Bumble made my day. Love the channel

Lovely boat. Of course the most important selling point is that she seemed to have passed the Commodore's cupboard inspection; must be a good 'un.
lovely boat love the freezer very clever take my 49k

Now, kids - do I have to turn this car around?

At last, a boat that isn't stupidly expensive. Is there something glaringly wrong that I'm missing?
I just thought that, are the prices starting to come back down again maybe?
probably something wrong with it that previous owner isn't disclosing
Better check the sump pump in the basement
My sentiments exactly !
Under offer already ! Gonna have to camp out and wait for another reasonable priced boat to appear.Others seem overpriced.
Nice
