Willpower also increases healing received and thats good for bloodbuild i guess😅 quality content as always.

Thanks for the video! I am running a blood lance necro, good tips on how to take advantage of this armor, will keep an eye for it to drop.

I use this chest with blood surge and the first fortify perk works with surge as well does not require you to use lance for it to work not sure if its a glitch but it works

I use this and it's so good but I wish it had intelligence instead of willpower. Blood Lance with this is the only way to go in hardcore IMO since you are always fortified...

until they properly support a minion army playstyle like we could do in d2 - and succeed in ALL endgame activities with regardless of any other external artificial difficulty scaling - i will stick with last epoch.

It's kind of funny. I can't for the life of me get these uniques to drop from the boss, but they fall constantly in open world play. I've gotten multiples of black river, lidless wall, and mutilator plates running hell tides and vaults. I'm not complaining, but it can get a bit annoying 😁
