- I bought 10 trail running items of gear from Temu and took them out for a test run.
This is what I had on:
Compression socks $3.36
200m portable wrist water bottle $4.68
Purple buff: $1.71
Sports undies: $4.48
Quick drying running cap: $4.39
UV400 sunglasses: $5.97
Sports bra: $7.59
Running skirt: $12.79
Quickdry running shirt: $6.37
Running shoes: $13.35
TOTAL: $64.69
(the price I paid varied slightly from the screenshots of the product pages in the video).
Yeah the only 2 things I invest in are shoes and sport bras and I feel validated 😂 thank you for your sacrifice!

What was rong wif the shous? Those Saksteobard shoes look supar proefssional to me.
Well in all seriousness, they had more grip than I thought they would (I didn't slip around on the ground) but there was just zero cushioning or support inside the shoe so that let the side down!
@@trailbogan I find modt of the cheap shoes have a 'Waffle' style inner, basically a thin crosshatch leaving diamond shaped voids.. that are not air tight.. so fairly much like standing on a tennis racket strings.. and they cut into the inners..
Then they make the sole out of foam.. with tiny bits of rubber to take the wear.. but they usually peel off...
Having said that... that's what I use for Disc Golf for $35 from The Warehouse... but I put liners in them to make them slightly more comfortable..
I wouldn't run anywhere in them tho..
@TheButlerNZ exactly, this experiment has made me feel better at paying, hundreds of dollars for real running shoes !
