That hook set at 3:36 was awesome! Wrist breaker!
Oh ya! I felt that one! And the next days my arms were sore!
Love the overlay of livescope on the video.
Thank you!
Have not been to Sebago in many years but I do remember some very large lake trout and getting yelled at on the Congo heading to Long Lake. That view right there is across from my buddies place dunno if they still have it.
It's an amazing place!
Joshua are you using your 3/8 jigs or the bigger ones to get down deep? Also curious about your casting set up. Cheers great vid
I was using both 3/8 and 3/4 down deep with the 3 inch swim bait. The rod is a Shimano expride 7 ft medium and a Shimano vanford 2500
Nice. Where are the best places to fish for lake trout on sebago
I've caught them all over the lake. In front of the Songo river is a community spot
I recently ordered some of your tubes and 3/4oz tube jig heads. I was ice fishing up in Maine this weekend and I couldn’t for the life of me rig them properly without ripping them or pulling some tentacles off. Is there any tricks you have to get them on easier? Sorry if I missed this in any earlier videos, love your stuff!
They are a tight fit to get them to sink faster. I make sure the tube and jig are wet with water and use pliers to hold the hook shank
