Cleansing your skin regularly enhances its appearance. Use a high-quality face wash and wash your face twice daily. I use only riiceberry face wash by litlextrra because it maintains the correct pH balance and is extremely gentle. This face wash avoids acne and gives my skin a bright as well as improved look throughout the day. Having fresh fruits helps retain moisture and maintain your skin's well-being. Applying Vitamin c serum additionally improves skin tone. Perform these consistently and notice the outcomes yourself.
Personally, I like this RiceBerry face wash for my oil-prone skin. It is not irritating for my skin. I also use it in my double cleansing method in my PM routine.
For smooth glowing skin: 1 - I drink good amount of water. It's beneficial. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day. 2 - Wash my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily. Though i skip some times because of lack of patience. While it works, daily application is crucial for results. 3 - I prevent using any soap, etc. on face. 4 - I don't consume junk food. 5 - I do 30 minutes of exercise everyday. All together, all these steps helped me to get good glowing skin resulting in a complexion free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.
Rice Berry Face Wash Advantages: Mild on dry skin Effectively washes without stripping moisture No unnecessary scent Suitable for regular use Leaves skin feeling clean and rejuvenated Disadvantages: Couldn't find any negatives In conclusion, Rice Berry Face Wash by litlextrra is my go-to facewash, and I plan to use it going forward.
I hate it too. Always makes me break out. Any SPF above 30 will make your skin white. I found the sport spray SPF 15 is the best. Anything above 15 SPF is actually a sales gimmick.
A hack my aunt gave me is to always pat dry with a paper towel or two since your towel has a lot of bacteria in it for the acne prone people like myself out there
@levichicwown9760uh most definitely not. you need to wear a sunscreen everyday, whether you have acne prone skin or dry skin or sensitive skin, you name it. the suns uv rays will damage ur skin barrier if you don’t wear sunscreen, which will cause more acne.
to sum them up 1: eat colourful fruits and vegetables 2: avoid added sugar 3: wear sunscreen 4: wash face twice a day preferably with a cleanser 5: apply retinol before bed 6: moisturize that's pretty much it anything else would be going above and beyond. an optional thing would be to exfoliate twice a week and a good tip that people neglect is brushing your lips with a separate toothbrush this removes dead skin and promotes blood flow giving a more red look to them
Hey man you have a lot of potential, keep going I have learnt new things from you especially your layering, as it seems simple yet looks very appealing and i love those plisse trousers you got, Looking forward to get one myself. 😅
What's annoying is for washing your face the daily cleanser and exfoliator say to use warm water but sometimes especially in the winter using warm enough water in shower or in the sink makes your face dry and reddish but cooler water feels much better even if it doesn't "open your pores as much"
The sunscreen would have been surprising to me but the ta of one of my lab classes does not look a day over 25 but she's a decade older than that and it blows my mind. She said sunscreen too along with a lot of the usual self care tips
because she's 35 lmao I mean your skin honestly gets better as you age until your really up in age and well you know the natural process happens. You're really not suppose to look old in your 30s
Everyone’s body is different lol, you might break out while others won’t. It’s fine really, you just have to adapt and see what works for your body and what doesn’t.
If you're drying your face with a towel it's kind of bad because of bacteria on how much it's been in the bathroom for so if you want you can use toilet paper tissue if not you can also use a towel but remember to keep it in your room and wash it every single day to keep your face nice and clean
Most sunscreen has endocrine disruptions and can mess with your hormones. Applying it everyday will hurt you in the long run. If you’re out in the sun all day, sure wear a mineral based sunscreen. Everyday use in skin routine?? No go.

I want to wear sunscreen, but it always makes my face feel soooo oily, clogged and grimy. And I don't have the money for super expensive brands, or a bunch of attempts to get one that works.
Skincare products are about ingredients and not the price tag. Wouldn't really trust it $2-3 one but there's many adorable options just pick by your skin type and how active you are and you'll find options that are definitely affordable. Also you can look for moisturizers with spf but those mainly are spf15 when you need at least 30 and broad spectrum (I recommend 50 for face/neck)

Cold water minimizes pores I think

Ice facials really don't do much besides wake you up and give temporary effect for reducing puffiness (where daily massages work much better).
