Pole barn Garage did this and it didn’t come out half bad and they even rigged it to produce a stitched effect with a few extra layers along a laid down tape line.
I'm liking the wheels on the elco. I think the caddy would look amazing with a laced roof and a crazy lowrider paint job. Can't wait to see what the new year brings.

If I remember correctly, I think the windows are vacuum operated in the caddie around that time frame. A lot of stuff was vacuum operated. Love your work
If i was to body swap a car whats the best way to register it the chassis title the body title? Of course i would have both. Is it whichever the vin is for?
I would fix the roof and forget about the vinyl top. Imho every old car that had vinyl tops has had a destroyed roof / lots of rust they just hold on to the water and destroy everything underneath .
As for the widebody mustang ..why dont you find a salvaged or crashed newer gen mustang to steal engine, electronics and modern equipment to retrofit to the inside of the foxbody mustang ? (I mean, eince the body of the fox is ok a crashed newer gen mustang could provide all the other parts....)

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The el camino is a death trap. You’ve literally removed the frame of the El Camino and compromised the uni-body of the CRV, both which give integrity and safety to the vehicle. Who ever gets that car is gonna die if they are in a wreck.

Raptor liner the Caddy roof. Cheaper, more durable and has the textured vinyl look. Seen a few people do it instead of vinyl and it looks pretty good.

Put an old smalblock an 350 ford in the mustang and put in some okey buget seats it wil be nice and paint the inside
