I was recentlydiagnosed in June (2022) and started on C/L. Within a week, i was feeling sooo much better on medication! but now i am in denial (how soon we forget…). Seeing this title i thought uh oh-i have trouble with curbs and ramps! they are my nemesis. I dont encounter stairs in my little desert town. I appreciate these videos so much and want to thank you for your time and knowledge, calm demeanor-so comforting. I feel like a friend is taking me by the hand to give me coping skills
