One day i got this weird dizziness, and a super bad panic attack .. I didn't know what was happening with me ..very scary..That started all day panic attacks ,and dizziness, and fast heart rate for me ,for 2 years., Everyday was a bad day for me.. I'm now finally snapping out of it very slowly like.. I've had all types of weird physical symptoms along with it.. Everyday I felt like I was going to literally die.. I never went to a Doctor ,but I suspect I have bad crippling anxiety... Anxiety is not for the weak hearted.. Physical symptoms are no joke.. Very scary..

Sensorimotor OCD is the only symptom that’s never talk about and that’s the one that is keeping me in the cycle….
Hey, does anxiety make your eyes more aware and tries to notice even small movements or changes in surroundings.
I was walking yesterday on an empty dark road with small lights in and trees in the surrounding and i kept checking around because i thought there were small changes basically hyper focused on surroundings and got very anxious
Yes! I remember totally obsessing over whether my bike screws looked exactly the same as I thought they were after taking it apart, or if I was totally crazy. Same thing for small changes in the patterns on the computer, or lights in your eyes when they’re shut, or worse, watching stabilized videos that wobble around. This is a very common symptom and something that freaked me out too, basically always on the lookout for signs I was losing it or something wasn’t right. Realizing that this is a common symptom of anxiety and just trying to ignore it when it comes up has been very helpful for me, and you’re not alone.
@@skimmingandstuff thank you so much, ive been in the cycle for the past 8 months, things have gotten way better no more panic attacks, i sleep better, i can go to parties but every few days or every other week instart thinking if im going crazy or developing something else and yesterday i started noticing smallest of changes in the surroundings and then get scared felt dpdr again and then started researching about mental illness like schizophrenia
@@akashkataria5161Oh man, that’s classic anxiety right there. Rest assured you aren’t going crazy, your anxiety is just searching for any problems it could find because its job is to steer you away from dangerous situations/harm. Your thoughts become biased in a negative way, but don’t worry it’s legit just anxiety talking.
