Let u=x+2. After simplifications, we'll get u^6+90u^4+810u^2=0, and then u^2(u^4+90u^2+810)=0. So, u^2=0 gives x=-2 and we have to solve u^4+90u^2+810=0. We get negative values for u^2, so no other real solutions. The only real solution is x=-2.
