    Wonderful doctor, I really admire you a lot for your work, I have one doubt regarding sleep, can we reduce sleep quota by following this routine to 4 to 5 hrs per day and do yoga or gym in the evening in those extra 1 hr for a mild refresh. Will it be effective and as per popular belief 8 to 9hrs sleep is required will reducing sleep has any effect on body or mind as per Ayurveda. Please clarify on this doctor. Thank you for the video

    In this other video of you (ua-cam.com/video/RX8qnwFs9AQ/v-deo.html) you claim that in Ayurveda you are supposed to have two meals. But this clock advises to have four meals (two light, two heavier ones). Can you explain why?

    • @AyurshiAyurveda
      @AyurshiAyurveda  4 роки тому +1

      Hi. In this video also only one heavy meal (brunch) and light meal (dinner). The other two meals are for eating fruits or nuts in case you are feeling hungry as different people will have different levels of appetite.

    • @drdaravindbharadwaj4691
      @drdaravindbharadwaj4691 4 роки тому +2

      Very good question. when i said 2 meals i meant cooked food! Fruits and anything raw is strictly speaking is not a meal. In Ayurveda 2 meal is explained as "dwi anna kalam". Annam means rice. So basically its rice having two times in a day!

    Thank you for designing valuable information in this clock Doctor. This is one such awesome clock should be available in every one's home in way each and every person (Kids, elders) should be able to see it's details clearly(Do not place too top because can't see information clearly) . Why I am specific about this clock in a visible way is because our mind automatically do whatever we are seeing often so that is the reason advertising banners of junk foods, ice creams are so big and in all places we are seeing it. One request to Doctor, please would it be possible for newer version of this clock with all same information, 12 ,6 ,3,9 numbers are big and highlighted so that elders can see well and they always rely on this clock for seeing time meanwhile all information you mentioned here will go into their subconscious mind. Backlight something like that so that even waking in mid night can see this and easily it goes into subconscious mind. I like this clock very much. Just I am saying to reach to all , it's my humble opinion . Thank you . I am blessed to visit your place .

    The ayurvedic clock is very helpful. Thank you for taking effort to make this. I have a doubt...I have read first abhyanga, bath and then Yoga should be followed in order. But the video suggest is to do Yoga and then abhyanga followed by bath. Please throw little light on this.

    • @AyurshiAyurveda
      @AyurshiAyurveda  2 роки тому

      If you are doing only yoga with some breathing exercises then fine, you can do after abhyangam and bath. But if you are planning to work out then better to go for exercise first and then do the Abhyangam. Infant if you have time, then you can plan this way - exercise, Abhyangam, bath and then yoga
