On the left side dont have power button, but have there three coffee icons: small, medium, large. on the right side i dont have any switch to block milk. i have there rotary regulation and the choice between big and small coffee.

Do you have the European 240 volt model? That may be why. Also, check the bar code - does it say C9 One-Touch?
Where can I buy the milk container? I received the machine from a friend with out the book.
Just search "jura milk container" on eBay or Amazon. You'll find stainless and glass ones.
Why isn't the machine pumping water? It doesn't even rinse
