You need the 1mm shim and 16 gram rollers to get what you're looking for, i take a scotch bright pad and break clean and clean them sheaves then wipe clean with alcohol and a clean rag, Dont forget that Mr Nasty also put a heavier rear spring in the secondary.

I have the same bike as you..still breaking it in.. a friend of mine has the 2020 Brute Force 750. the Brute has what your looking for.. But I got the KQ because in my opinion..its a better bike overall. Go ride a BF750 and let us know what you think..

Coop mod 3 is a really good mod when you going up on tire
Dont stay stock no recomended because tire is to light might make the belt slip
I run 32 on my 700 bbk to 750 with dalton hac 29.5 1.2mm shim and coop3 and turn those 32 sludgehammer in thick stuff and can wheeli in low range
You gain apot of bottom end with the coop3 go atleast 27 when doing that mod
And 19+ yes they did change the clutch roller weoght and spring
Spring in 19+ are the best for the grip belt
Roller weight 3g less not sure exactly for 18- i think there total was like 27 or 28g

did you ever figure out your issue? try bigger tires? I have a kingquad 750 2023 and would also like to get more instant throttle response

Did you put a 1 mm shim on? Makes a big difference to the bottom end.

Most guys don't use stock and not heavy weights they go to 16grams or 18 so your running heavy ones and your not going to get the slam that 16 or 18 gets when the rpm is at max and engaging 100%

It felt weird with the 18 gram roller weights. Just felt like they weren't letting it upshift fast enough. Sounded like the engine was revved all the way but it wasn't upshifting fast enough to transfer enough torque from the engine.
Maybe I'll get some 16 gram rollers and give them a try.

I can't speak for coope mod I don't have any experience with his work but I do have experience with airdam clutches he is not the greatest to do business with but his work is outstanding I have a stage 4 with lighter rollers and I can do rolling wheelies top speed is 72 from 68 mph for a 2020 King Quad 750 I also have a winch and a brush guard with 26in tires those 25G roller sound stock the older Kings used to be 28G

Do you know how light they made the roller weights? I tried to research the stage 4 for the King Quad and they didn't mention how much they lighten them up.
